There were no movies, have to pay for internet, only pretzel, cookie, & a beverage for a 7 hr. flight..
I didn’t make it because Alaska schedule my flight too tight, I had to run to the other side of the airport, and no one helped me get off the plane early or held the plane for me… so I missed it and it was Alaskas bad, not mine
Friendly crew and super clean cabin. 💺 are comfortable as well. I love the ambient blue lighting.
I didn’t purchase any food on the flight or use the entertainment system, so am unable to comment on them
The flight itself was great. Just the last leg was delayed almost 2 hours between take off, sitting on the runway, etc. Otherwise completely fine, no complaints.
The flight crew was excellent. The seats in economy were more comfortable than other flights that I have taken in economy. The only criticism that I have is the lack of food. Flying time was 5 hours and the inly food was a package of biscotti and some pretzel mix. You need to preorder food or carry it onboard.
First time passenger. Very nicely managed. We had a quick connecting flight and even though we landed late the staff made it work. I think you could do a better job with carry on luggage as the flight departed late because there were too many passengers overhead carryons and the crew was asking for volunteers to check their carryons. Comfortable flight in spite of that.
The service and freezing in-cabin experience from Seattle to Honolulu was dreadful.
Crew was courteous respectful and attentive to request from passengers.
Right as we were supposed to be heading to JFK, they pushed the flight back three hours, with no explanation. And then they sent out a $12 food voucher (could you get any cheaper? My JFK bag of cheezits and vitamin water was $13) well past the hour anyone would have not already bought food (why didn’t they send it when they announced the flight delay?). Then, once we had finally boarded the plane, we sat there for nearly an extra hour because they were having maintenance fix a clogged toilet. And like the icing on the airline cake, we landed really hard. But maybe I was just cranky, because it was 2 AM.
