Munich airport is clean and good, services are available and it’s overall a good experience. I have been flying with Lufthansa for close to a decade and I hope many more to come.

Food was good! Crew very polite however when asked to adjust temperature did not help! It was freezing! Seats uncomfortable 😣

Seat cushioning, and having at least 1 checked bag free, I dont understand why international flight would not include a checked bag.

Not what I expected for the last leg of a $5100 business class experience. Boarding was a nightmare. The flight was delayed and I had to keep checking my email to ensure I was at the right gate since the airline or the terminal had no clue until 15 mins prior to boarding. Food was gross, limited drink options.

I barely made the flight. We had to take a bus to the plane and the plane smelled awfully of body odor. When the flight attendant walked by she smelled of body odor. It was incredibly uncomfortable.

Entertainment was good. Food was mediocre. Service was mediocre. New plane was smooth

Staff very helpful. Seat comfortable. Food generous and pretty good.

Flight was late and I missed my connecting flight to Dublin. This is not the same Lufthansa I remember, you guys don't care anymore. Hopefully my trips with Swiss Air will much better.

Terrible consideration when it comes to connecting flights. We were given 50 minutes to deplane, get through costumes, get through security check. For someone with a heart condition, running miles through the airport was not the best way

LH is not customer service oriented. Stewardess and ground staff are opinated snd condescending, airplanes are old with small screens with bad non responsive and annoying touch screens; overall they can't compete with Asian and Middle East airlines such as Brunei, Thai, Emirates, Qatar, etc.
