Overall good. Good communication from the captain on delay, cozy seats, nice staff, and a perfect landing.
The plane was clean. The flight crew was friendly and helpful. The flight was smooth and the pilots kept everyone informed of our status, etc. It was my first flight on Alaska Airlines and it was great. I'll be choosing them again in the future.
Good but a boarding pass for my return flight was not sent to me.
I really wish there were TV monitors. I don’t have a mastery of computers, so I was left with a six hour flight, and no entertainment.
Good flight and crew. Wonderful to be on time! Only drawback, I didn’t know ahead of time there was no back-of-the-seat tv screen.
Everything was fine. There was just quite a bit of turbulence, which always makes me very anxious.
On my trip from Seattle to San Jose it would’ve been nice to have the gate transfer nearby instead of at the opposite end of the airport that’s it
This was our fist time flying Alaska Airlines. Overall it was a great experience. Ticket counter, gate agents and flight attendants were all wonderful. They all seemed happy at what they do and it shows. Of 4 legs, the onboard WiFi was spotty on 1 leg. The food in first class cabin was ok. Couldn’t get the text messaging notifications to work so had to rely on Flight Aware and the Alaska App. Flights were on time and uneventful. We would def fly Alaska Airlines again :)
Both flights were delayed, the Bellingham to Seattle flight was delayed so much I nearly missed my connection with a two hour layover to spare. I could have driven to Seattle and back in the amount of time the flight was delayed. Seattle to Bellingham Washington also delayed. Not good.
I've flown at least six times this past year. For some reason, the entry into Seattle felt like the worst ever. It felt like the plane was going too high, too fast for entry and then a very rough landing. Could have been the weather. All else was fine. Please consider changing snacks from pretzel sticks to nuts as an option.
Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.
The seats are uncomfortable, feels like a small seat pad on plywood.
My husband is very tall and we generally fly Delta Comfort. We used our companion benefit, and our seats were coach and extremely uncomfortable........ horrid even
My seat had no padding, it was literally plywood with a plastic cover. I could not change seats on my 10 hour flight. My excitement for this trip helped me deal with the pain.
In thirty years of traveling, mostly with Delta, this was the worst day ever.
I am so shocked at the service in first class. We were not greeted or offered a beverage for 45 minutes into the flight. She did however have time to write a long note. I just wanted a snack and something to drink. We were never offered coffee and the snacks came after dinner? It was the oddest flight I have ever been on. The gentleman next to me got up and gave our dinner box’s to the flight attendant and asked for a second glass of wine for each of us. Our dinner boxes sat on our tray for 20 minutes. She was rather distracted. He then asked another flight attendant for wine… finally we had a second glass. I was trying to give her some grace, she also told the man next me we couldn’t have any more wine because we drank it all… after landing the seasoned traveler next me ask for her employee number. Then it was a mutiny! She was refusing and it got tense. The captain came and asked what was happening, the flight attendants totally gave a biased account of the fact. The captain told the police the man I was seated next to was intoxicated! That was completely inaccurate and it really escalated things. I policeman found me at the luggage carousel to verify the facts. The flight attendants made false accusations that he touched them! That never happened. It was a very poorly trained crew. I am so anngry and shock by the entire experience! It was terrible service! I would like a refund for what I paid to be in first class and the most uncomfortable flight ever. I always fly Delta, it has been wonderful. I was so flustered by the entire experience! Please give me an update on this matter! Thank you, Kelle Myers
The flight was great. The crew were a little terse about the size of my bag. It fit fine.
My seat was moved closer to the front of the cabin since I had requested wheelchair assistance to the gate.
Screen didn’t play movies, do I was pretty boated the entire flight.
It was very cold because the air conditioner was on high power, and my son got sick.
