Uncomfortable seats and flight attendant was rude as she insisted on waking up my husband to ask him if he wanted a drink. When he said that he was sleeping, she replied “without an attitude “. He was seated at 8c
No food/snack served during the flight. Crew wasn’t interested at all. Flew American First but flying low cost with Ryanair is even better
Nice modern plane. Can use your own device for entertainment. Get a snack on the plane.
Flight was late and missed connecting flight. They could have better accommodated, but instead did an overnight and had to arrive the next afternoon.
The flight was delayed leaving Miami. When we arrived in Charlotte, we were unable to park at our scheduled gate. We had to wait another 30-45 minutes before we could park at a different gate. All in all, we were delayed by almost two hours arriving in Charlotte.
the pilot that landed this flight in Philadelphia did an amazing job, the weather was absolutely terrible and we landed safely.
Same as before being upgraded to business class made it perfect
We got upgraded for this flight. But the particular bright spot was the flight attendant in our cabin. She was attentive but not intrusive. She interacted in a personal way with each passenger and gave a great service. Thank you!
Didnt realize i had bought a seat that couldnt recline. Not horrible as it was very short flight.
I never have a good experience with American and this was no different. The airplane was INCREDIBLY hot. Like unbearably so. Everyone was fanning themselves with pamphlets and sweating. When someone asked the flight attendant to turn down the temperature they were told there was nothing the crew could do. Once we pushed back from the gate we then had to wait an hour to take off and the communication from the crew was not good. People were getting up this whole time and a man was even in the bathroom when we took off. Once we landed at our destination we waited another 30 minutes at the gate to deplane with, again, no communication from the crew as to what was going on.
Terrible experience, flight was delayed both ways. Limited compensation for the 5+ hour delay. Will not be flying Air Canada Rouge, and don’t recommend you do either.
1. Nowhere to sit at the gate D4 2. No control of lining up in different zones 3. People pushing in during the line up of zones. 4. Certainly not in a dignified manner.
I like the friendliness of the crew members. I think the snack could’ve been better instead of a small package of pretzel. I like that they offer me something to drink.
Air Canada was great! From the airport at Montreal to boarding to the food on board the plane. The crew was great too! There was a slight issue with some other peoples’ tickets that I overheard about but the crew handled with care immediately to ensure everyone was comfortable and we could takeoff! Great experience with Air Canada
The take off was delayed as we were told that the baggages had to be rearranged to balance the weight. I only took a carry-on and a personal item, but the overhead bin was extremely small, even a normal size carryon can’t fit it, so they had to check it in for free. The seat was really tight and no entertainment at all.
It was fine. There were a couple of mechanical delays prior to takeoff but it was overall a quick and pleasant flight.
My oroginal flight was delayed several times. Finally the flight was cancelled. I had to spend additional money and book another flight with Porter at another airport Fort Lauderdale International Airport or I would miss the event I had in Toronto. I did not board the rescheduled flight which was after my event.
Excellent We were very empress with this Airline as once our flight was canceled, they immediately rebooked our flight and provided accommodations for hotels….Thank you!
Boarding could be improved, no need to wait after a previous group is completed
