No food, did not use entertainment - you need additional options for questions like that.

All pretty good except we were a bit late getting into Seattle and I had to run to my next gate and was the very last person to board (they were about to close the door but were terrific about getting me aboard.) Hustling between gates is not usually a problem, but I just had a hip replacement which affected my ability to hurry.

Alaska is always a great airline, friendly, clean and usually on time.

unfortunately had mechanical issues and had to switch planes. the obnoxious drunk guy in the furthest back seat could have been quieter and not dropped so many f bombs.

Flight was delayed but it worked out fine. A woman was yelling and singing loudly throughout the flight. Unpleasant for everyone around

Easy boarding, good staff, comfortable seats, easy ride. Also, friendly passengers!

My main complaint is specifically with having booked through kayak. Our flight was delayed and I was no longer able to access my boarding pass through the kayak app. Fortunately I had screen capped it. If I had not it would have been critical problem while boarding.

Have the plane with our connecting flight arrive on time so there was no need to rebook

Was the first time flying Alaska Airlines in several years. The airplane had very obviously diminished seat spacing and the flight was full. Crew was lovely, check in was easy.

Left on time and arrived early this extending our 31 minute transfer. Bags made it also!

Good and consistent Printer in lounge did not work for me :(

Most of my discomfort was going through TSA. However, the Delta seats had inadequate leg room and I tried my very best to connect to the wi-fi and it was a cumbersome process that finally gave me the info that I needed to sign in AFTER I had completed the flight...Why make it so difficult to use? That said I really really appreciate the pilot taking a little extra time to avoid a bad storm area and both landings in Atlanta and Orlando were flawless to my delight!!!

Delayed in taking off because no flight crew. The in seat entertainment was working properly.

I upgraded to first class only to find out that I still had no access to the sky lounge without a sky miles card or AmEx (something that should be emphasized outside of the fine print!) Also, no food or drink service provided during the flight, so I basically paid 4x more just for “free” checked baggage and a bigger seat. Not worth it.

Delta was really good about being transparent with why we were delayed it’s just that’s the plane was really old and outdated and a lot of the comfort and amenities we know Delta to have did not shine through

Bottom seat cushion is almost non existent. Very uncomfortable seat.

Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.

Flight did not have seat back entertainment and the wifi was iffy.

Pretty standard flight. Delta has a good selection of movies.

ANA was great. United was horrible. They bumped us from economy plus to economy and were supposed to contact us for a refund but no luck. We booked the seats 9 months in advance.

Comfortable as it can be for a basic economy seat. The TV screen on my 15 hour international flight went out after 1 hour or so and it never worked again. The food is very high in processed carbs and sugary items.

A three (3) hour flight should have meal service in First Class, not just potato chips!

We had a 90 minute delay due to equipment failure that was detected just before we took off. United rebooked my connecting flight.

Everything was perfect except the pad at the top of the seat back. It pushes my head forward into a very uncomfortable position and it is not removable.

Boarding in Paris was a nightmare for us. Why passengers have to get checked luggage tickets and then to go to counter to get luggage weight and send to the conveyor? We counted 14 security and airline checks before getting in the plane. We will never again use United or travel to France, neither stop by IAD airport.

They changed my flight 5 hours before it took off and changed my connecting airport messing up my entire 1st day in Japan.

Ridiculously slow disorganized boarding, ended up 35 min late and people missed connections

Really solid flight! The in-flight entertainment screens are not very touch-responsive in the way that of other airlines’ are, which was my only issue. But otherwise we had good food and drink offerings and the flight attendants were very welcoming.
