Long wait before take off without an update for 20 minutes. Flight was good otherwise.
Flight crew was amazing! I don't like that the Polaris seats are side-by-side.
Everything was awful Flight attendant was condescending, rude and not helpful at all. Small outdated plane. No service, uncomfortable seats. Flight attendant was really the worst. He used hand gestures to communicate instead of words and whenever he used words he was condescending.
The entertainment would not work. The comfort of the seats leaves something to be desired, pretty uncomfortable.
Short flying. The seats do not recline at all and very uncomfortable.

The departure was delayed by 1 hour. The seat was comfortable and selection of entertainment is very good.
They busted my entire trip via incompetent maintenance and scheduling. I'm out about 1000 dollars. Funnily the only entity to not return my money is the Dirtbag Airline United Airlines that cause me this financial inconvenience. Please for the love of god blacklist United. They're just stealing at this point. They hold reservations and break them then say it's your fault? No ma'am.
I was refused to used the toilet closes to my seat and had to go to the back of the plane .. it was difficult for me I’m a wheelchair customer
Clean and plenty of room for handbaggage. Leg room was cramped compared with the 777 from Frankfurt.
Packed commercial flight was as comfortable as can be expected
