Fine, the process or boarding was a bit slow but the flight itself was quick and smooth. Not over booked and pleasant overall
More check-in counters or faster processing. I arrived early but got to the gate just in time to board the flight, I didn't even have time to use the bathroom. The plane was really dirty, encrusted dirt is everywhere and the plane smelled bad when I entered.

Flight LIN MAD. Checkin was fine (but I must admit that being a Platinum member I skip the lines). Security was fine (they have the new machines where you need not take laptops or liquids out). Longe was OK (BA). Boarding was a mess, the boarding gate personnel were rude and some should simply not be in a customer facing position. Flight in itself was fine, usual Iberia European coach. We were on time and actually time to deliver luggage was better than normal for Barajas
Great food, excellent service. Did not manage to make wifi work but in a flight of less than an hour it was not a big deal

The boarding was a nightmare. Iberia would not let me check in in advance. They then refused to issue a boarding pass in Paris and said I would get the boarding pass in Madrid. In Madrid, there was no transit desk, no help. I had to run around and find someone to issue the pass. I only had an hour and risked missing the connection. Only at the gate did Iberia tell me they were overbooked and had downgraded me. I was stressed, exhausted, almost missed the connection because of Iberia’s conduct. Unacceptable.
When having a connection at Madrid, it’s extremely confusing. You must travel from your arrival gate, all the way down stairs to a security check point, go up stairs, then downstairs to another security check. Then make your way to your gate. All the while traveling through a “mall” inside the airport which makes it difficult. 10/10 don’t recommend connecting flights through Madrid.

The flight staff was excellent, one of the best I've had. Food and wine was very good and seats very comfortable. Luggage came out pretty quickly too considering the number of passengers. Also, excellent internet. The only thing that could have been improved on was the choice of movies -- kind of limited and not great selections.

How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.

expedite passengers through passport control when the airport authorities are processing inefficiently.
The staff were very helpful with getting the wheelchair for me and bringing my carryon down the stairs from the plane.

You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.

It is the worst ever airline. All employees I spoke with over the phone were pompous asses.
The gate information was never populated on the Delta app or the airport displays or the desk at the Delta lounge. We found at the last minute that we had to switch terminals and just made it to our flight. Even this we found accidentally by asking an employee at another gate. On board service was poor. Seats were very poor. All in all a poor experience. At best like a Premium Economy on other airlines

You idiots…ITA cancelled our flights one month out and we had to buy new tickets at a much higher price. You stiffed us by not refunding the cost of the insurance. I’ll never buy through Kayak again.
It was horrible the woman next to me was sick and I asked if they would change my seat and they said that they didn’t have any available. I sat next to this women for 9 hour and now I am sick .
We booked and purchase our seats in February for a September flight. We choose seats then also, did the online check in on the app the day before and all was fine. At the airline check in they charged our seats and we were not even sitting together after paying for business class seats. They separated us with no explanation and would not change them back. I was very upset. On the return flight, they tried to put us on standby! When again, we purchased seats in February for this flight. The plane was old and smaller and the business class seats were not comfortable like the flight from NYC. Flight attendants were hard to find once the first meal was served, luckily the flights were smooth.
Not boarding 60 minutes late. after getting bumped to this flight because ITA do not hold a flight for five minutes as the fight to the connection was 45 minutes late
Crew was good. Very nice staff. Wine was good. Problems- no AC while waiting for takeoff. Long wait so we should have been more comfortable. No water for quite awhile. Food should have been better for an Italian airline. Chicken was pressed rounds of processed meat- not tasty. We had only one hour for our connection- ran through airport- plane waited for us and staff was helpful.
