On time was excellent, not serving any water and deliberate seatings apart is deplorable.

Delayed delayed delayed and then cancelled very late not allowing for too much time to find a room for the night

Be on time and staff on airport could be a bit more nicest

Lord knows why they had us start boarding when the plane wasn't even there, staff weren't welcoming and the couple next to me travelling with a young child had a nightmare with the baby changing facilities.

This time round it was very good, flight delayed by 30mins but capitan put his toe to the floor and made some time up!!

Crowded, little leg room, little lateral room. Hour late, then all funnelled into a small room with a couple of bench seats for 150 people. Most sitting on the floor or standing for 30 mins before chaotic boarding.

Flight was good but delayed (45 minutes) which made other connections difficult.

It was raining and we got all soaked because the staircases didn’t had a roof

When having difficulty with the online check in process, I was forced to pay a huge fee for the check in desk to assist me with getting a boarding pass. Ridiculous!
