Food choices were very limited. Taste of the dishes was average.
It’s been awhile since I have traveled on United. I, along with my family who were on the flight noted how smoothly everything went . Boarding, flight crew and service was excellent.
Oh my gosh, I loved my experience with United! they made me want to travel more often.
How badly can you screw up baggage claim? We were told to go to baggage claim too for our bags from this flight. Another flights bags were there. They finished up. More bags from a different flight arrived. Our bags did not Finally the baggage claim belt stopped working and and are flight was still listed on the arrivals for that baggage claim 2. And then nothing It turns out that they had been delivered not only the United baggage claim but far away on a Delta baggage claim No I never told us. It was only the people looking around who had been on the flight But I’m sure there was plenty of time for the employees to raffle through the bags and steal whatever they wanted
Sucks ! All three flights I was on this trip were delayed.
Long wait before take off without an update for 20 minutes. Flight was good otherwise.
Flight crew was amazing! I don't like that the Polaris seats are side-by-side.
Everything was awful Flight attendant was condescending, rude and not helpful at all. Small outdated plane. No service, uncomfortable seats. Flight attendant was really the worst. He used hand gestures to communicate instead of words and whenever he used words he was condescending.
The entertainment would not work. The comfort of the seats leaves something to be desired, pretty uncomfortable.
Short flying. The seats do not recline at all and very uncomfortable.
The flight was just perfect! We left a few minutes early, had a smooth flight and fortunately had landed before the terrible accident that took off from North Philadelphia airport shortly thereafter.
Staff at the gate were incredibly rude, hostile and threatening. Never fly American Airlines.
Timely boarding process, made up for lost time even after a lengthy wait for de-icing
My seat was wonky...hard and not much padding. I sat next to the Jumpseat for the flight attendant. Thoroughly enjoyed not have a third seat in that row! Flight attendants were amazing. I couldn't answer the "food quality" question as there is no food served on my short flight. I commend the pilot as I know it was super gusty when we landed. Thanks
I think I paid for an extra legroom seat and to be honest, there was not a lot of space available for my not very long legs. The flight was totally full and the staff did everything possible to meet the needs of all passengers. My only concern was for the size and spacing of my seat.
I chatted with the captain before the flight, and similarly during the welcome announcement, he warned of a turbulent flight that may impact the in-flight service. However, once at altitude, he announced that the weather changed and he immediately turned off the seatbelt sign. But it appeared the cabin crew had already decided to take off this flight. They remained seated and then just chatted in the galley. The flight was fully catered, but only first class received service.
My flight attendant was attentive! The elderly person next to me was flatulent and the flight attendant could see that I was in distress and brought me some face masks
Overall flight was as expected. It would have been better with a couple options for snack instead of only one item and if there was a TV or music as option. But overall satisfied.
American switched my flight to a 5 hour layover then cancelled my whole reservation with no notice and refused refund. Won’t fly with them again.
Great - quick boarding and landed early with an available gate.
