The flight was just perfect! We left a few minutes early, had a smooth flight and fortunately had landed before the terrible accident that took off from North Philadelphia airport shortly thereafter.

The flight was just perfect! We left a few minutes early, had a smooth flight and fortunately had landed before the terrible accident that took off from North Philadelphia airport shortly thereafter.

Staff at the gate were incredibly rude, hostile and threatening. Never fly American Airlines.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH AMERICAN AIRLINES IF YOU HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL NEEDS. Great flight, crew etc. it wasn’t full so had space to stretch out Only downside was there was no GF option for my partner. We booked through American and it was a Qantas flight so despite contacting both airlines to confirm, she didn’t have a gluten free meal for the 16 hour flight (nor the flight in the other direction). The flight attendants did their best to accommodate but it was not super substantial.

Timely boarding process, made up for lost time even after a lengthy wait for de-icing

My seat was wonky...hard and not much padding. I sat next to the Jumpseat for the flight attendant. Thoroughly enjoyed not have a third seat in that row! Flight attendants were amazing. I couldn't answer the "food quality" question as there is no food served on my short flight. I commend the pilot as I know it was super gusty when we landed. Thanks

I think I paid for an extra legroom seat and to be honest, there was not a lot of space available for my not very long legs. The flight was totally full and the staff did everything possible to meet the needs of all passengers. My only concern was for the size and spacing of my seat.

I chatted with the captain before the flight, and similarly during the welcome announcement, he warned of a turbulent flight that may impact the in-flight service. However, once at altitude, he announced that the weather changed and he immediately turned off the seatbelt sign. But it appeared the cabin crew had already decided to take off this flight. They remained seated and then just chatted in the galley. The flight was fully catered, but only first class received service.

My flight attendant was attentive! The elderly person next to me was flatulent and the flight attendant could see that I was in distress and brought me some face masks

It was as expected for such a short flight. No complaints

Overall flight was as expected. It would have been better with a couple options for snack instead of only one item and if there was a TV or music as option. But overall satisfied.
