I recently flew Southwest from San Jose to Honolulu. I was very impressed with the flight crew, especially the flight attendant in charge of the front of the plane. She came through the aisle at least five times for drinks and water, and two times for snacks. I have not seen such service since I flew first class. Also, for the first time, they gave us the correct baggage claim number, and the luggage came out quickly. I can't wait for Southwest to have assigned seating! I absolutely hate the Cattle Call boarding procedure and the mad dash to get seats and overhead bins. However, the boarding was efficient.

We had a nice flight. Boarding was easy, our seats were comfortable and the on board service was pleasant.

I used to fly SWA all the time. I know the crew has their little acts that are often fun, and entertaining. On this flight one of the crew was just not nice. Very surprising.
The plane arrived 25 minutes late, and the Wi-Fi was slower than it usually is.
Forget beverage, they didn't even have water for half the passangers?
Can not wait for seating change to reduce the amount of pre boards - it’s disheartening the abuse. And then then deplaning
From my interactions with the Oakland airport staff through TSA through the gate agents to the flight crew on Hawaiian they were just so kind professional and helpful.. the only thing I would add would be the they need more help and TSA and on the Hawaiian airlines flight it would be so much nicer for them to play beautiful Hawaiian music on the way over there.. they didn't start playing it until right before we landed..
The app is very bugy, did not work well. Other than that it was ok.
The flight was delayed an hour and it was not disclosed to the passengers until it was time to board. There was no in-flight WiFI available and such poor communication overall. Unfortunate that I was going to miss my connecting flight with poor communication on alternatives.
Broke the wheels of my luggage. Should be more gentle with other peoples belongings. Very upset about needing a new suitcase before Christmas.
orgiginal scheduled flight ( 2.5 hours connection) was cancelled, was given option to rebook between a 1-hour connection or a next day flight. Missed connection flight, and decided to book last minute with an other airline.
Short flight. Delayed because of ??. Had a water served . Staff was nice.
Crew members were helpful and responsive. However, the toilet in the only main cabin bathroom didn’t work properly.
Upgrading my seat online was a breeze, boarding was easy, and we had such great tail winds that we ended up getting in 20 minutes earlier than planned.
Flight was delayed because overhead bin didn’t close. The most insanely stupid thing I’ve ever heard.
Interline connection was terrible. Boarding pass from American didn’t work even though it was valid. Gate agent not present to straighten out the mess until the next to the last boarding group was called.
It was terrible, if they ran flights on time it would make a big difference.
Delta seems to be improving in many areas, except they are super bad with the food available. Bring back normal food service on long flights.
I actually received a notification from kayak on email but not one by text from Delta when my departure gait changed and I almost missed my flight

Delta flight was great from the check in all the way to arrival. However, I had a very bad experience. I requested a wheelchair and the wheelchair employee that went to pick me up from the plane in Boston to bring me to the baggage claims told me I have to pay him. I was under the impression that it was a free service and I usually give tips but the person forced me to pay and since I said no because I was upset with his demand when my daughter walked in to pick me up he demanded payment from my daughter who paid him thinking maybe now it is a charged service.
Horrible. Grateful to be alive but spent 13 hours at airport only to return back to my familys house and flight changed to next day. They tried to fix a part on plane, had no back up plane and after 10 hours , reattempted the flight and it STILL wasn't fixed. We got a meal voucher and rescheduled flight but there should be some other compensation for the 15 hours spent in airport
My seat was changed at the last minute and I was moved to the last row, right next to the bathroom despite selecting my seat well in advance. I was also made to check my carry on due to space but when I got on the plane there was significant empty overhead space. Picking up my carry on from the luggage carousel added time to my trip which had already been extended due to delay.
There was plenty of overhead room but half of the passengers were told they had to check their carryon bags. My partner and I checked in as early as possible and our seats were split across the aisle.
Flew first class so everything was great. But maybe because the flights were red eye, no meals were served, just chips. I flew Alaska Air 1st class at 9PM (2 hour flight) and they served beef short rib sliders!
Paid premium for Delta only to be on safe but tired old 767 with ancient cabin in mediocre condition. Poor wifi and horrible inflight entertainment. Hardly a premium experience. Should have flown SW and had fun flight crew and no pretense
The boarding was stressful without paying extra for an assigned seat. The staff were helpful but the process is unacceptable.
I love that every seat has a USB charger. The seats were comfortable and everyone was friendly! I can't think of anything I would improve.
Going to Kahalui was wonderful. Attendants were awesome. Coming home, I was bumped from the seat I originally booked. Imagine my embarrassment as I stood there knowing I booked my flight a month earlier. All in all, I didn’t allow that spoil a wonderful weekend in Maui with family.
Wonderful flight. Food and drink were given as well as wifi. Amazing luxury!
2nd flight of the day, delayed from the 1st flight being inoperable, and then this one was delayed 45 mins too.
The flight from LAX had broken AC; they deplaned and sent everyone to a gate with no agents, so I called HA to try and get rebooked. Customer service was great; I at least was not being put up in a hotel for a night this time. If I hadn’t called, well, that original flight I was on got cancelled before I landed in HON. The result was arriving over 7 hours late and missing a half day of an appointment I should have easily made even with a small delay.
A great experience with no problems! Hawaiian Airlines is amazing!!
Boarding was efficient and everyone helped with putting luggage in the over head compartments. The crew distributed food and drinks well.
