Unlimited drinks and snacks on this long flight. Very courteous Korean staff !!!
I like it when the plane have waited for passengers like us who are trying to catch the plane. Detroit was my mom's port of entry we spent too much time looking for our luggages at baggage claim which no problem. But then the problem occur after the immigration when the homeland security agents forgot to give us our passports which it took so long to find them and I was very anxious because we might not be able to catch our flights but luckily the plane to knoxville still sitting there and waiting for us. Praise the Lord for everything.

I took several flights that day, this was the only flight that was absolutely freezing!! It was so cold.
Good. Obviously there is a slightly condescending attitude of all American workers towards their customers but other than that all good.
The flight attendants seemed to be a little more grumpy this time. A350s could use more toilet stalls.
Excellent service, love the extra amenities (water bottles, blankets, etc.).
It would be better if flight crew can clearly communicate in english. But they are kind and accommodating. Food is good, especially the sandwiches on the self-serving snack trays. They are better than the ones served. Boarding was organized.
So far one of the good one , whenever I go to Korea , I always use Korean airline .
They could have had more up to date movies/better choice of music.
For the most part, it was an enjoyable experience. It's the 2nd half of the journey was a bit uncomfortable. It was on a noticable smaller plane compared to the previous one.
Only process that my luggage didn’t make it to my destination because of short connection but I understand

The staffs are very accomodating!!! The foods are good!!! The entertainment from manila to incheon was miserable because we need to use our own cellphones or own ipads.
Check in agent very rude, no greeting “Hi” or “ Thank you. Doesn’t direct where to go for gate info. In flight crew staff not friendly. Very disappointed ☹️
My favorite airline to fly across the Pacific. The Business class lounge is fantastic, the wonderful flight attendants are helpful and professional. Great comfort while flying.

The flight was delayed for 2 hours, however, we flew home safely.
