The movies using Southwest WiFi kept pausing and I had to restart multiple times.

This was a nicer flight - not fully booked and so we were able to spread out.

Was as expected. Crowed planes. Too many carryons delaying takeoff. But the ride only took an hour and saved me a lot of time SFO is a not a great airport.

I will be flying again Southwest Airlines. Friendly crew, comfortable and affordable.

The plane arrived 25 minutes late, and the Wi-Fi was slower than it usually is.

Forget beverage, they didn't even have water for half the passangers?

The confusion from Alaskan Airlines to American, no one at the front desk of Alaskan told me I didn't have a flight, which made me miss my flight that was transferred over to American TERRIBLE customer service at Alaskan!! American Airlines was a great experience. Alaskan TERRIBLE!

I paid $49 to select my seat---6A a window seat just behind first class. When I started to get on the plane I was told that my seat had been given to someone else and I now had a middle seat. They finally gave me an aisle seat. When I told them I wanted my $49 back, I was told I would need to call alaska and fight with them to get my money back. And when i was on the flight people going by kept hitting me with their bags. I have tried calling alaska twice to talk about a refund but never got thru to the right person!

Easier to file a claim. My fiancé got the flu and we had to cancel. ive been given the run around filing a claim. Call me at 831.588.4346 with a live agent please

Small dirty plane for a 5 and1/2 hr flight. No food no entertainment

All 4 members of my family found the seats terribly uncomfortable. 2 of us suffered from back issues the next few days.

Plane had a maintenance problem two hours into the flight and we had to turn around. Alaska was nice to put us up in the Hilton in LAX but the cost of food in the city was WAY higher than our vouchers and the hotel had no continental breakfast. We ended up spending over $100 on food for our family in addition to the vouchers.

Check-in was easy, I did it from the app. Boarding was easy, the crew was great. Santa Barbara airport had a disabled plane so we had to land in Burbank to refuel. They kept us well informed, and everyone was great. A very entertaining person from the Burbank airport got on and told a few jokes.

I appreciate the priority for safety. I did not enjoy how the delays were handled.

Delays, delays, delays.... (and) Told no room for carry on after boarding B Group and told to drop off our carry on at door to be checked in instead. There was plenty of room left in the overheads above our seats right up to the end of boarding!!!!

Awful. Worst airline I have ever been on. Crew were among the rudest people I have ever dealt with. United staff members were rude and disrespectful. My flight was delayed, causing me to miss a connecting flight. I understand things happen, but when staff start lying about what actually happened, that is when I have an issue. Just be honest, really it isn’t that hard. I’m being very honest with this review and I don’t find this difficult what so ever. In fact, because of United Airlines, my Christmas holiday was off to a really rocky start. As someone who has traveled across the world, it has only been United that I have had a truly awful experience.

Boarding always seems a bit chaotic. Seat spacing could leave more for leg room.

Good flight. On time. Boarding and seating was easy. Crew were really friendly, yet professional. Bathroom (by cockpit) was small but serviceable. Some the seats were showing some notable wear & tear, but were comfy. Very happy UA customer. TY! 🤛🏽💗

We arrived early and finally made it to our gate almost an hour after.

We were delayed 3x and because I didn’t purchase my tickets directly from United Airlines I was told I Have to take care of it myself so I called Underpricer and they helped me but before I changed my flights I took the risk of sticking by what my tickets were and was lucky to have gotten on the original all flight with only 15 mins before take off. not sure if I will do this again

Everything good until we waited for jet bridge at SFO. Then pilot gets on speaker & said it won’t reach plane- too short, need to go to different gate. Then 5 min later, adjusted plane/jetbridge & all ok?!?

We had to wait almost an hour for the wheelchair porter to be ready to pick up my mother. And when she arrived in Newark airport the porter was not there and she started walking with her cane and her poor mobility. When the Newark porter found her they didn't want to transfer her bags to the wheelchair for her.

Great onboard crew. Boarding was a zoo, I got in line before pre boarding in Group 2, still had my bag force checked. WiFi was glitchy all flight. Seat and bathroom are both tiny unless you pay $$$ for first class.

Cabin was pitch black, even during meal service. The reading lights for seat 2E/F did not work, and seat 2E did not recline.

I was comfortable because I upgraded. I would not have been comfortable in economy. It was a short flight so there was limited food service and no inflight entertainment.

Seats were surprisingly comfortable, and crew was polite. I did not like the baggage fee prices, the minimal amount of flight choices for my area and the difficulty of the self service bag drop.

Delayed fight LAS to LAX. OK, fog in LA, not your fault. But all your staff, onboard in in lounge, speak so fast, enunciate so poorly and often have a accent that it is impossible to understanding anything they are saying.

No carry on available to purchase at any point, charged for water, no power to charge phone. Other discount airlines have this.

This airline is effective for the price you pay, do not expect anything extra at all. You have to pay extra for seat assignment , carry on luggage, food, you name it ...and even if you pay extra for better seats they do not recline.

Got on quickly and easily. When it turned out the other two seats in my row would be occupied, a nearby flight attendant immediately let me know that I could move one row behind me since it was an empty row, I moved into the window seat where I could relax enough to take a little nap. Can’t ask for much more.

The plane was clean, the crew was friendly and helpful. It’s a low cost airline so there was no food, drinks or in flight entertainment but we didn’t expect any of these things. In the room for improvement department, they should install USB ports in seats to charge mobile devices.

My first flight was moved 6 hours causing me to miss my meeting. The second was delayed about an hour and a half. Most of the crews apparently dont like their jobs or just working for Frontier. Only one flight attendant wasn"t snappy or rude.

Stop changing gates at sfo. When you are elderly going back for it’s not fun.

There was no easy way to check in. I don't want to install an app to checkin. I will use alaska from now on because they have a web check in method that is easy.

Horrible! The short distance flight ended up taking 5 hrs! There was a 3 hr delay for the flight to take off and there was a 70 min wait on the tarmac for some bogus reason that the pilot said the gate he was supposed to board was taken up. After a 30 min wait he said the plane that was supposed to push out of the gate called a medical emergency and 40 min later he ended up boarding another gate. For the initial 3 hr delay there was no information/alert about the gate or delay in the app or the boards up until the boarding time and even beyond! Had to walk all the way to the end of the terminal to find the frontier staff to ask what was going on. Avoid this airline at all costs! If you have carryon bags or checked bags , their prices come equivalent to the prices of more reliable airlines. They are the worst in timeliness at 60% (reported as delayed) this year (check the data) by a high margin even compared to the second worst airline. If you are ok with having a miserable flight experience with the odds close to flip of a coin, feel free to try them. If you value your time , money and flying experience, stay away.

I went to the Frontier counter in San Jose at 1030am or so on Sunday 10/13/24 to see if I could get an earlier flight to San Diego in lieu of my reserved 630pm flight. One thing led to another, and I was able to obtain an open seat for about $ 56. on the earlier flight. Fine. Then the agent asked if I "was checking a bag". Not knowing that carry-ons cost extra per Frontier policy, I thought that she meant a regular checked bag. Therefore, I said no. Once I got to the gate, the same gate agent who sold me a ticket told me that I had to pay $99 for a carry-on, and that all bags were extra on Frontier. Having never flown on Frontier, I was not aware of this. Part of the issue was that she was not a native English speaker, so there was a miscommunication as to what "bag" meant. I would have preferred for her to have clearly let me know at the front counter that any bag including a carry-on cost $99. It would have had the same outcome, as I had to take my carry-on. But it got hectic at the last minute at the gate itself. The baggage policy should have mentioned "including carry-ons" when we first spoke.

Most horrible airlines. Please avoid it. It's ok to spend $50 extra for delta, united or Alaska
