I recently travelled with Qatar Airways from Doha to Dulles in the QSuite, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The food was excellent, and the comfort of the seat was absolutely first-class, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. While the in-flight experience was outstanding, I have a few points of feedback. Firstly, the content available in the in-flight entertainment system could be expanded and upgraded to include a more diverse and updated collection. This would elevate the entertainment experience to match the premium standards of the QSuite. Secondly, regarding the Wi-Fi service: while QSuite passengers receive one hour of complimentary Wi-Fi, any additional usage requires a fee of USD 10. Considering the premium pricing of QSuite, it would be more fitting to include unlimited Wi-Fi as part of the experience, further enhancing the luxury offered to passengers. Lastly, I must highlight an issue with luggage handling. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it through the transit, which was disappointing. While the ground crew assured me that it would be delivered to my home on the same day as it was arriving on the next flight, this promise was not fulfilled, and the delay added unnecessary inconvenience to an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, the QSuite experience was exceptional, but addressing these areas would further solidify Qatar Airways’ position as a leader in luxury air travel.

Seating is terrible, having seats so crammed is unacceptable for a 15-hour journey. I cannot stress enough how uncomfortable it is to sit in such an aircraft. Leg space is roomier in a domestic aircraft. I have not experienced this kind of crammy seating in domestic flights either in the US or other international airlines overseas.
Do not overbook flights and kick out confirmed ticketed passengers :-(

Noice cancelling headphones would be better since it’s a crowded plane And kids behaviors are unavoidable
More facilities to transport to the gates......felt too much walking distance
Just happy I flew Qatar Airways awesome no wonder they are #1 in the world right now! The food was just delicious, very courteous, professional crew.

It was a really long flight from Doha to Philadelphia and it was overall a good one. The one area that I would comment on is that there is a lot of single-use plastic and disposables in the meal service for American Airlines. It would be great to see more circular options in the meal service to reduce the amount of waste.
Staff at the gate were incredibly rude, hostile and threatening. Never fly American Airlines.
Timely boarding process, made up for lost time even after a lengthy wait for de-icing
My seat was wonky...hard and not much padding. I sat next to the Jumpseat for the flight attendant. Thoroughly enjoyed not have a third seat in that row! Flight attendants were amazing. I couldn't answer the "food quality" question as there is no food served on my short flight. I commend the pilot as I know it was super gusty when we landed. Thanks
I think I paid for an extra legroom seat and to be honest, there was not a lot of space available for my not very long legs. The flight was totally full and the staff did everything possible to meet the needs of all passengers. My only concern was for the size and spacing of my seat.
Flight was on time Crew was not. very friendly I paid for premium class and It wasn’t too much different from coach
I chatted with the captain before the flight, and similarly during the welcome announcement, he warned of a turbulent flight that may impact the in-flight service. However, once at altitude, he announced that the weather changed and he immediately turned off the seatbelt sign. But it appeared the cabin crew had already decided to take off this flight. They remained seated and then just chatted in the galley. The flight was fully catered, but only first class received service.
My flight attendant was attentive! The elderly person next to me was flatulent and the flight attendant could see that I was in distress and brought me some face masks
Overall flight was as expected. It would have been better with a couple options for snack instead of only one item and if there was a TV or music as option. But overall satisfied.
The crew were a bit short and not as warm although they did take care of small details that I requested.
American switched my flight to a 5 hour layover then cancelled my whole reservation with no notice and refused refund. Won’t fly with them again.
They did not provide free WiFi, It could be purchased for, I think, around $25, This seemed excessive.

Reliable, great value, but not outstanding in any aspect. This is similar to the experience you get in most international carriers like Etihad or Delta.
Flight got diverted because of an emergency and the crew were fantastic and probably saved that passenger’s life. While in emergency landing some measures could have been taken to prevent additional delays. In general not great experience with BA. I used to fly BA years ago all the time, very disappointed by the whole experience, seats were tight, bathrooms tight.

Boarding could have been better organized. The one member of staff disappeared for a while so boarding by group relied on honesty.

No land services during boarding, specially while moving from terminal to another
Even the carry-ons were not allowed and upon getting down, we had the wait for the longest time for the baggage to put on the jet aisle. We had a short connection which British Airways kept changing and made out entire experience poor. I would never fly BA again.
