They cancelled our flight and one after and then crammed everyone on a late flight. Refused to give us a meal voucher because the delay was less than 3 hours. In the end the delay was 4 hours. No reason was ever given for the cancelled flights. Fly Southwest!

There was mention of a complimentary magazine but none were in the seat pockets. The flight is short so understandable not having food or a snack.

Mediocre experience. Staff not ever friendly or welcoming. Food was terrible.

unexpected $120 charge to sit next to my wife on an isle seat in the economy section. Looks like there pre-assigning us both on the middle seat was intentional - leaving the isle seat next to my wife open at $120 was a ploy to make more money. Not good business.

Flight delayed. Then left much later than new time. 88 year old dad waiting at Kona airport for ages.

This is my first time flying Hawaiian. It was so disorganized and poorly coordinated, resulting in the most unacceptable delay

The flight from HON to Hilo caused a few problems, but we were helped by the checking agent at Hawaiian Airlines with tech assistance. My wife & I are in our 70's and not QR code savvy. But we are learning.

TV monitor is not working properly. Long flight needs some entertainment but it didn't work. Food snack should be healrhier compare to what we have given.

Plane was delayed due to issues at the airport. Otherwise the experience was good. The staff was nice. The drinks and food were good for economy. The wifi was fast.
