No complaints. Great service. A first class entry lane at boarding wouldn’t hurt.
Awful . Extra charge on my bags even after it was confirmed it wasn’t overweight.
I purchased a flight to Hawaii, changing planes in San Diego. My flight change location was later changed to Seattle then on to Kona, adding hours to my already long flight. Also, my flight home was run through Portland rather than through San Diego, once again, adding hours to my flight. At 81 years old I don’t want hours robbed from me.
The plane was delayed for over an hour because of a family who didn't speak English, and didn't understand what was asked of them. While I understand the delay, I thought it was unfair to keep us all waiting for over an hour to get to our destination and a better approach should've been exercised.
No entertainment and one bag of pretzel/beverage at the beginning of a 5 plus hour flight.
Rated meals and entertainment poor because we didn’t have any.

Crew was great. Helpful, friendly, sense of humor. 👍🏽 Seat was really uncomfortable -- too concave ( why make them like that???) but worst, This is the first flight I've ever been on in my life where the seat did not have the option to recline!!! Whaaaat??? I was so sleepy but never was able to get comfortable enough to actually sleep. I forget which model of a plane it was exactly, but it was a 737 of some type.
We had tried to change our seats in the app multiple times before check-in but the flight was seemingly full. When we boarded, there were several empty seats available that my husband and I were offered to take by one crew member only to be told by two others that those rows were reserved for the crew members’ bags.
Paid additional for seat upgrade, but got same seat as no upgrade.
Friendly crew. One seat didn’t have a window and another no foot rest.
Free WiFi was much appreciated. The only choice for food being a pepperoni sandwich was disappointing.
Food can be more healthy instead of processed. Crew was friendly and courteous. Our flight time changed so they gave us extra comfort seats which was very nice.
Starlink is a big plus and great customer service - boarding agent and the flight attendants
Good service because of wheelchair. Tight seats. Some announcements were hard to hear or understand. No directions for working the seat video or meanings of the icons. Coming into the country and changing planes was terrible with long lines and few desks open at the end. I had to go through twice because they found my tiny knife with fingernail scissors and file, when they scanned my checked luggage, and in order to keep it. I had to go through that long line a second time. Going home the luggage was checked all the way through
Everyone great! Did not sitting behind the flight attendant jumpsuit. Nowhere to put my bag or feet.
We enjoyed our first flight through Hawaiian Airlines. Very smooth landing. Mahalo

The return flight was 1.5 hours behind. Also some passengers lost their luggage or was delayed.
Only thing that I liked it that I got to my destination safely, otherwise American Airlines stinks.

It was good overall but the prices of snacks are ridiculous.
Flight was delayed multiple times and I chose to switch to another flight that had a layover. I finally arrived 7 hours later than I was supposed to.
Flight overall was good. Landing was a little rough, but could be attributed to the rainy weather.

The flight was very smooth, crew were fantastic but food was lacking.
The best thing about AA is that the onboard entertainment allows me to watch on my iPad. This was not working. USB ports were not working and the flight attendant said they often don’t work. The flight attendants, one in particular, were uncaring. I was very disappointed.
