Great it was a big plane, clean and had entertainment through tv lost the back of the seat. Overhead bins had space and was really deep so held a lot.

They did great as being my first time flying with them I will consider flying with them again on my next trip.

It was okay; however, for a long-haul flight, the economy seats were uncomfortable. The seat cushioning needs to be improved. The food served was below average. The staff was good and courteous. They were attentive and helped the passengers where possible.

Never again flying economy on Rouge!!! Literally like sardines!!! Will try to change to better seats 3 seat arrangement only so so if traveling with family. Who wants to squished to stranger!!😖 Can’t say enough bad about this!!!

Delayed in Fort Lauderdale 3 hours , gave us $15 coupon for meals at 20:50, when most of the restuarant closed at 21:00.

Long delay, slow boarding and exit. Subpar food quality. Crews are good and hard working .

Was good all around. Crew, food, paid for extra legroom, as 10+ hour flight Like the 787 as I don't have any problem with my ears, due to the planes pressurization.

Boarding, offer those who need assistance some time not to be rushed.

Everything was good on our two flights with Air Canada. Departed on time and smooth in the air. The short transfer window from domestic to international, although a little tight considering the distance one has to navigate is doable but some people freaked out tried to push off the domestic saying they would miss the international flight. They as disappointed t get a frozen breakfast something warm would have been much nicer. Glad for the vegan meals we ordered but a cold breakfast was unpleasant.
