Finding the gate was very confusing. Our boarding pass listed one gate and the staff verbally told us a different gate.
This leg they tried and did well with what they had to work from.
Deparature was late, which is annoying but the arrival was fine and the baggage came early.
The flight attendants were talking the entire time on the back and I couldn’t even take a nap. Super annoying
WiFi was not working from pos to Mia…. As well as they rushed us to the gate as if the flight was already here and leaving shortly when the plane never even arrived and took off until the scheduled time so then why rush us to the gate and have us thinking we will miss our flight.
3 hour delay on run way, not even a drink offered, staff seemed rude and rushed, felt unwell so asked twice for paracetamol and was told to wait, never got it
Free WiFi and movies were not free - everything required signing up for future billing. Boston bound crew were very courteous and gracious.
Flight left more than 5 hours late. American's policy did not allow flight to be fueled or bags to be loaded due to intermittent lightning. We were on the plane for hours before having to deplane. They then changed the departure time to an earlier than expected time. We re-boarded and had to wait another 1.5 hours on the plane before it finally took off. Flight crew did not serve any food or drinks while airborne.

There was a serious delay of almost 2 hrs to departure.. it would have been to be told what caused the delay. Apart from the delay, boarding and the flight itself went smoothly.
