Flight areas delayed 3 hours , train in the airport didn’t work

No overhead space so all carryons were checked. No internet.

The flight was on time and everything went very smoothly.

I think I paid for an extra legroom seat and to be honest, there was not a lot of space available for my not very long legs. The flight was totally full and the staff did everything possible to meet the needs of all passengers. My only concern was for the size and spacing of my seat.

We were offered Flight Change due to overbooking. We accepted and chose an earlier flight. We went to Rebooking center to make the change but agent told us no changes permitted on our Basic ticket. AA should not have made the offer to change our flight.

Finding the gate was very confusing. Our boarding pass listed one gate and the staff verbally told us a different gate.

This leg they tried and did well with what they had to work from.

Deparature was late, which is annoying but the arrival was fine and the baggage came early.

The flight attendants were talking the entire time on the back and I couldn’t even take a nap. Super annoying

On time (actually a little early). Was a good and short flight!
