reliable, relatively relaxed, helpful and kind staff and clean airplanes. No need for more.

reliable, relatively relaxed, with helpful staff in all 8 flights we had on this trip. They are solid even though we did not have special seating or status for the flights.

Only complaint is that the entertainment system wasn’t working on our seats and some others.

Please guy check the food I almost end up to the hospital

Very slow boarding, 1 hour late - uncomfortable chairs and crew barely speaking english even at the airport!

Four handbag storages were damaged and sealed, limiting the space to store our things in the plane.

It was fine. no food or entertainment , but was only a 40 minute flight.
