There were no movies, have to pay for internet, only pretzel, cookie, & a beverage for a 7 hr. flight..
Finally get a snack n drinks! Just like the good ole days!
orgiginal scheduled flight ( 2.5 hours connection) was cancelled, was given option to rebook between a 1-hour connection or a next day flight. Missed connection flight, and decided to book last minute with an other airline.
Short flight. Delayed because of ??. Had a water served . Staff was nice.
Crew members were helpful and responsive. However, the toilet in the only main cabin bathroom didn’t work properly.
Wonderful! The Alaska call center representative was really helpful. I accidently made a mistake of picking a flight option for another day. She was extremely helpful. My daughter had a nose bleed during the flight - the crew helped with an ice pack. I wish they had checked afterwards.
The flight was excellent with the exception of being sent from Florida to Seattle before finally being sent from Seattle to Hawaii.
The flight was delayed. Going to and from LAS they had a system issue wherein they had to manually checkin everyone including the ones who checked in earlier. The seats were messed up so the seats of the people who had an earlier check in was taken by the ones who just arrived. The flight was two hours delayed.
Could have re-booked me at check in knowing that I was going to miss my interline connection
We had the best time ~~~ the CREW was terrific. The ordered food was great. The bubbles were splendid. The landing of the plane was super !!! Thank you all. Cheers and Gold Stars all around. Happy flying. See you again in the near future !!!
We were delayed 3x and because I didn’t purchase my tickets directly from United Airlines I was told I Have to take care of it myself so I called Underpricer and they helped me but before I changed my flights I took the risk of sticking by what my tickets were and was lucky to have gotten on the original all flight with only 15 mins before take off. not sure if I will do this again
Everything good until we waited for jet bridge at SFO. Then pilot gets on speaker & said it won’t reach plane- too short, need to go to different gate. Then 5 min later, adjusted plane/jetbridge & all ok?!?
Was a pain having to leave the plane and reboard but glad the plane was fixed
We had to wait almost an hour for the wheelchair porter to be ready to pick up my mother. And when she arrived in Newark airport the porter was not there and she started walking with her cane and her poor mobility. When the Newark porter found her they didn't want to transfer her bags to the wheelchair for her.
Great onboard crew. Boarding was a zoo, I got in line before pre boarding in Group 2, still had my bag force checked. WiFi was glitchy all flight. Seat and bathroom are both tiny unless you pay $$$ for first class.
Cabin was pitch black, even during meal service. The reading lights for seat 2E/F did not work, and seat 2E did not recline.
This was a 5 hour flight with no entertainment and with a snack being provided (pretzels and fruit bar), which are both high in carbs and sugar. Nuts would have been a better choice.
Was realllly smooth. It was delayed but we were well informed.
Good plane, crew, and flight. Boarding was a bit chaotic. Bathrooms were unacceptable. United DESPERATELY needs a new terminal at IAD.
Haven’t used United in a while. Was surprised with the free blanket and earphones. Service was great. Huge plane. 9/.row.
My boarding pass wouldn't pull up in the app very easily and had to really dig through my email. That caused a delay in TSA..
RE Food: Wish there was a choice for No Rating. Flew from Honolulu to Los Angeles on a Red-Eye flight (11:00 pm to 7:30 am). Other than a package of cookies with a beverage choice offered soon after take-off, and a beverage choice shortly before landing, no other food choices were offered. Everyone slept or rested for most of the trip. Nothing to rate. RE Entertainment: Everyone was sleeping most of the flight. Only saw one passenger watch about 30 minutes of entertainment on his iPad. I never attempted to access any entertainment options.
Baby cried a lot. Nothing anyone could do about it. Just part of flying.
For coast to coast travel the A321 and even the NEO, even in first class will never be excellent. That would take a B787 or 777 to accomplish.
The flight crew was fantastic! Which the seats had a small TV.
The foot ottoman cushion was missing on my business class seat.. the hydraulics is on its last leg & seat cushions do not have support or paddling. Heavily dented by butts
also wi-fi never worked attendant said satellite coverage is spotty over water ..... but we were over land!
I was unhappy with having the seat I chose changed at the last minute. I was moved to an aisle seat which did not recline and was next to the bathroom. The bathroom odors made the flight entirely unpleasant. Having carefully chosen my seat months before I was not pleased with my AA experience. In addition, they ran out of tea during flight service, really?
Dallas Hub. American taking ownership for their screwups instead of blaming their contractors and customers, trading their people, their call in service, reservation agents and their ticketing process. Make sure wheelchairs are available especially when the request is in their record.
The aircraft was on-time and plane and lavatory was clean.
