Old Plane with a broken seat. No food on the plane
Luggage is limited and the process for payment is convoluted. The crew is racist. Questioned why we were in upper class
My flight was cancelled over technical issues. They moved passengers to other flight that departed a few hours after mine. They left us for the 330 am flight (the original flight was 19:40). We went down the tiny Salta airport to grab dinner and suddenly they fixed the original flight and left, and never told us or made the announcement. It´s a really small airport, they could´ve looked for us, but didn´t. The flight took f with 8 passengers. And we got home after 6 am
There is no phone charging port on the plane. The infotainment system screen is small. The seats are very uncomfortable.
Boarding was chaotic(zones were a bit arbitrary) and we had to undergo a second check of our carry on bags and jackets at the gate...nobody was detained and nothing was removed just a waste of time as we already went through screening to get to the international gates .
it was good. the seats are super uncomfortable. No room for legs at all. but the flight was good.
The AA lounge at EZE was poor. Poor food options and poor comfort. Looked dated. The plane was old, chairs not comfortable. My entertainment sec teen was broken. Poor movie selection. I normaill fly Delta and use the Latam lounge.
Fine; flight schedule was changed the day before but they sent email and called me. They took care of the rearranged connecting flight well.
my tv was a bit broken, and so was table, so the food would keep falling, as the table was loose. they weight the carry on, and make me take out 3 magazines from the carryon, given it was minimally over the 10pound limit (which was a bit ridiculous)
Not enough legroom on flight. I was never offered the option of purchasing a seat with more legroom.
Many problems to make my check in. Didn't work. I most call to call center because they blocked my reserve for changes in my flights. I hate Flybondi. All is difficult whith them
Ground and flight crew were wonderful, the flight was on time and comfortable. The price was excelente, unbeatable. Thanks
I was impressed with Flybondi. The crew at the check-in desk prioritized passengers leaving on the next flights. They were friendly and helpful and spoke English. They helped me to change my ticket to an earlier flight without imposing punitive charges. The baggage fees are extremely reasonable. I would fly them again, and recommend it.
Flight was canceled due to weather with zero rebooking help
Flight was delayed for 5 hours. Seats are not confortable and the plane feels dated
So many changes on the hour of the flight and the departure airport
FlyBondi canceled my flight a week in advance for no reason. It was the start of the winter holiday season in Argentina so there was no availability on any airline that day. I was able to find a flight out on a different airline the next day for much more than I'd paid FlyBondi. When I arrived in Salta, I mentioned the story to the car rental guy at the airport and he shrugged and said "FlyBondi? They're a very unreliable airline"
I have traveled with low cost carriers and they have generally been OK, especially considering the cost advantage. Flybondi is terrible. I flew twice (Buenos Aires-Iguazu and RIo-Iguazu). Boarding was like herding cattle. No regard for tired passengers. Staff was rude, always telling travelers what they could *not* do, hardly ever helpful. In my first flight the air flow on top of the seats did not work and the whole airplane had a bad smell (because of that?). The space between rows of seats was the smallest I ever experience. It did not help that the seat did not recline. Second flight had a very bumpy takeoff and even more bumpy landing (or whatever is the opposite of smooth - abrupt?). On the return (3 and 1/2) ride they did not even offer food or drinks for a price (as they did on the first). You had to go to the back of the plane and request a cup of water if you wanted to drink anything. In sum, they reminded you every moment that this was not supposed to be a regular (pleasant) flight experience. Avoid it as much as possible.
Todo el viaje fue de atraso en atraso, mucha gente perdió excursiones por los atrasos, salimos más de 4 horas tarde , el personal fue bueno , pero el servicio de informacion muy malo
Extreme budget airline. Boarded one hour before flight to sit in a steaming hot plane with no ventilation or a/c. Seats extremely tight. No food or beverage offered during flight.
