No complaints. Great service. A first class entry lane at boarding wouldn’t hurt.
Awful . Extra charge on my bags even after it was confirmed it wasn’t overweight.
The plane was delayed for over an hour because of a family who didn't speak English, and didn't understand what was asked of them. While I understand the delay, I thought it was unfair to keep us all waiting for over an hour to get to our destination and a better approach should've been exercised.
No entertainment and one bag of pretzel/beverage at the beginning of a 5 plus hour flight.

Crew was great. Helpful, friendly, sense of humor. 👍🏽 Seat was really uncomfortable -- too concave ( why make them like that???) but worst, This is the first flight I've ever been on in my life where the seat did not have the option to recline!!! Whaaaat??? I was so sleepy but never was able to get comfortable enough to actually sleep. I forget which model of a plane it was exactly, but it was a 737 of some type.
We had tried to change our seats in the app multiple times before check-in but the flight was seemingly full. When we boarded, there were several empty seats available that my husband and I were offered to take by one crew member only to be told by two others that those rows were reserved for the crew members’ bags.
One of the flight attendant was very rude and not helpful. The others were good. Also seats were dirty with food bags left on the seats. Looks like the plane wasn’t clean before we boarded.
Excellent, as always. Just a bit of comparison from the same routes. United has free blankets. Horrible terminal. EWR JetBlue. Updated terminal. EWR. Screens for each seat. Self service pantry and a lavatory in the middle of the plane. Alaska. Always has new planes neon lighting. Mood music for boarding and deplaning. No screens. Outlets yes. Offers water latter part of the flight. Which is nice. Excellent flight attendants. Customer service on phone or gates are always extra polite and friendly.
Love Alaska planes. New. Used to have music while boarding. Neon lights. Excellent service. Always. But no screens. And weird reclining method.
Liked the hospitality . The ight took us 6 hrs to get from fort myers to ewr.
Wish movie and music choices changed more often. Mostly same from a month or two ago when I last flew.
Overall great. I was forced to check my carry-on backpack from EWR to BOS but it came out on the luggage carousel so fast I didn't even get delayed for my pickup.
Boarding was easy. RDU gates can get crowded, be prepared to be patient. Flight was smooth, with excellent service. Pilots really provided a lot of visibility into flight details. Plane and seats were clean and serviceable. TY!
It was good. Just that the seats could not be reclined. The people behind were not ready to let the chairs be reclined
My flight was delayed. They boarded us, then no sooner were we on the plane, they made us get off again and wait another 45 minutes before doing it all over again.
The negative was the wait at the airport coming back. I checked my bags in, an hour before boarding and I get the notification that my flight was delayed. Rather had gotten the notification while I was at the hotel. Then it was delayed 3 x’s. Ugh!
boarding was uneventful. Snack was pathetic. A tiny fruit bar. Entertainment was limited to just select movies on your own tablet or phone. No live TV. I recently flew Jetblue and they had unlimited snacks and live satellite TV the entire flight. My seat was an exit seat, 20A. It was super uncomfortable. It felt cramped and the middle seat was taken up by a large woman who pushed into my shoulder and arm. Horrible flight.
Never nice, United Express partners always do an amazing job.
The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.
Amazingly comfy flight - I had upgraded for a reasonable price and it was worth it. The food also was good.
Random carry-on baggage inspection before boarding for NO REASON. The crew kept talking loudly the entire time, making it impossible to rest. When I asked the crew for something, they said they would come back later but never did. It was an EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT and UNCOMFORTABLE flight.
Only thing that I liked it that I got to my destination safely, otherwise American Airlines stinks.

It was good overall but the prices of snacks are ridiculous.
Flight was delayed multiple times and I chose to switch to another flight that had a layover. I finally arrived 7 hours later than I was supposed to.
Flight overall was good. Landing was a little rough, but could be attributed to the rainy weather.
Plenty of overhead space but forced to check my carry-ons both legs
