Wonderful respectful staff for a short flight late at night...lots of considerations all met!
Flight was delayed which led to missed connection, but rebooked on a more direct flight at the last minute and arrived in Juneau on time with all our luggage. Little stressful and our family seating got split, but it all worked out in the end.
Only issue was the 2 hr delay after an 8 hr layover. Very long day.
Very bad, terrible food and late by 2 hours. Then no to open aircraft doors
Flying on Hawaiian Airlines was good. But, getting a boarding pass was a hassle. I booked what I thought was an Alaska Airlines flight that was actually a Hawaiian Airlines flight. I couldn't check in online. I had to wait for the Hawaiian Airlines counter to open so I could get my boarding pass which was a requirement for me to get in The Club or the Centurion Lounge. (I had no check in luggage so I didn't expect to have to physically check in.) The Alaska Airlines staff blamed the FAA for the problem.
Terrible check in experience, and they ended up losing our bag.
they didn't fix a plane and we were delayed travelling an extra 12 hours.
This flight was how a flight should be. The flight from Hawaii to Seattle was terrible
Our big luggage never made it to Boston. Very crucial to get it ASAP as heart medication is in there.
Wish I got An email stating that I needed to check in at hawaiian even if I made my ticket thru alaska. I had to walk to terminal A from Terminal B.
Delayed flight. Nicest crew member was a SW pilot flying seated next to me who kindly move to seat the final passenger. Flight extra delayed. My cup of refreshment of ginger ale was so packed with ice it was literally 2 sips.
For my birthday trip this was my second time ever flying, this trip was the best.

No trays in our seats, we sat in first row, purchased a business class fare. Had to hold our drinks and snack in our hands. No plugs for our cell phones. Had to pay for it a drink cocktail each. Seats so uncomfortable.
Flight wasn’t even full, but too many carry-ons caused us to run out of bin space. New bag fee has folks who would usually check their bags carrying on. Watching Southwest morph into Spirit/Frontier is so sad to watch

First time traveling on Southwest since bag fees were implemented. Usual good service. Just more expensive now.
Everything was on time. I was disappointed by the front section female, African American flight attendant. I did not see her name tag or would have identified by name not race. As passengers moved to the bathroom early in flight, she would say with a disdainful tone “I have to say the seat belt light is on” then go back to her book. Better trained flight attendants say something like be careful the seat belt light is on.
Cluster mess boarding. Can't wait for SWA reserved seating. Internet didn't seem to work on the plane.
Flights delayed by 4-6 hours. Boarding was a mess and unclear. Bags were not at arrival airport and had never even been put on the plane. No idea when I’ll get them. Don’t fly into Denver!
Hawaiian Airlines staff is always professional & quick & easy check in & boarding process
Bar code for checking luggage and boarding pass didn't work. Had to stand in long customer service line. Passengers at Oahu should be aware the Terminal for Hawaiian Air requires travel by shuttle. Budget an extra 20-30 minutes to get from the main terminal to the remote terminal.
Checking baggage at Honolulu was a real mess. No signs directing where to go.
They cancelled our flight and one after and then crammed everyone on a late flight. Refused to give us a meal voucher because the delay was less than 3 hours. In the end the delay was 4 hours. No reason was ever given for the cancelled flights. Fly Southwest!
There was mention of a complimentary magazine but none were in the seat pockets. The flight is short so understandable not having food or a snack.
Flight delayed. Then left much later than new time. 88 year old dad waiting at Kona airport for ages.
This is my first time flying Hawaiian. It was so disorganized and poorly coordinated, resulting in the most unacceptable delay
The flight from HON to Hilo caused a few problems, but we were helped by the checking agent at Hawaiian Airlines with tech assistance. My wife & I are in our 70's and not QR code savvy. But we are learning.
Boarding was a nightmare. Almost everyone was on group 4 and there was no line people crowded the check in and made things more chaotic than they needed to be.
The flight crew made the trip pleasant considering they had to work in conditions similar to a sardine can.
