I sat in comfort plus. It was fine. Seats were comfortable. I got drinks and snacks.
Crew was nice. Flight was timely. Seats could be better as well as the food considering it’s first class.
Left on time and arrived early this extending our 31 minute transfer. Bags made it also!
Good and consistent Printer in lounge did not work for me :(
Most of my discomfort was going through TSA. However, the Delta seats had inadequate leg room and I tried my very best to connect to the wi-fi and it was a cumbersome process that finally gave me the info that I needed to sign in AFTER I had completed the flight...Why make it so difficult to use? That said I really really appreciate the pilot taking a little extra time to avoid a bad storm area and both landings in Atlanta and Orlando were flawless to my delight!!!
Delayed in taking off because no flight crew. The in seat entertainment was working properly.
I upgraded to first class only to find out that I still had no access to the sky lounge without a sky miles card or AmEx (something that should be emphasized outside of the fine print!) Also, no food or drink service provided during the flight, so I basically paid 4x more just for “free” checked baggage and a bigger seat. Not worth it.
Delta was really good about being transparent with why we were delayed it’s just that’s the plane was really old and outdated and a lot of the comfort and amenities we know Delta to have did not shine through
Bottom seat cushion is almost non existent. Very uncomfortable seat.
Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.

Flight was great my baggage was on time everywhere but my bags had been handled ruff cause they got damaged.
Everything was awful Flight attendant was condescending, rude and not helpful at all. Small outdated plane. No service, uncomfortable seats. Flight attendant was really the worst. He used hand gestures to communicate instead of words and whenever he used words he was condescending.
Poor and identical to the first two legs, except for the crew who were patient, professional and of pleasant and jovial disposition!
The entertainment would not work. The comfort of the seats leaves something to be desired, pretty uncomfortable.
My flight was completely full. Making me very stressful with people walking around all the time. I believe airlines can do better for entertain people during the flight.

I was refused to used the toilet closes to my seat and had to go to the back of the plane .. it was difficult for me I’m a wheelchair customer
My flight attendant was attentive! The elderly person next to me was flatulent and the flight attendant could see that I was in distress and brought me some face masks
Overall flight was as expected. It would have been better with a couple options for snack instead of only one item and if there was a TV or music as option. But overall satisfied.
American switched my flight to a 5 hour layover then cancelled my whole reservation with no notice and refused refund. Won’t fly with them again.

AA is fabulous. However , Iberia cancelled our Boston - Barcelona flight the morning of the flight - 9/16/24. This was almost a week ago and we have still heard nothing from Iberia/Vueling. Found out from a kayak email that morning that the flight was cancelled. Iberia Customer service reps wouldn’t help us and said to call Vueling. No one answers phone at Vueling. Terrible wild goose chase on DAY OF TRAVEL. AA came to our rescue.

The flight was delayed till next day ! They kept delaying every 30 minutes then after 3 hours they delayed it till next day. We kept waiting in line standing more than an hour to get the hotel and meal vouchers. There was no communication at all. Everything was bad
It was late, then the bathroom was inoperable plus it was very hot as well. Plane was very old
I was bumped to first class so I got some food. It was OK. Entertainment is whatever you bring with you since there are no seatback screens.
Another American flight delay. Gate staff was gratuitously abusive of anyone expressing frustration. This will be my last American Airlines flight
