Our original business class flight was cancelled so we not only downgraded but we were also spread out across the plane not sitting together in separate middle seats. My poor kids were scared and couldn’t see me on the flight and the crew wasn’t sensitive to the situation and what the airlines did to us. Very dissatisfied with United airlines.

Very nice staff , good in-flight entertainment and food/snacks. Our luggage didn’t make it on the way there, but picking up luggage at the airport was a straightforward process.
Good dinner and nice plane.Smootz flight. Breakfast had no sweet option. Seats hardly reclined.
The service was non existent . Crew did very little didn’t even answer call button . Premium economy in this long haul was the worst I have ever experienced . Never again flying with them .
Beverage and food services are excellent. We enjoy paying the extra for economy plus for the 3 inches more leg room to be exact.
I was duped into thinking it was a United Airlines flight when in fact United had nothing to do with it.
All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.
Paid WiFi was only available for a few minutes. Avoid at all costs.
Planes were on time, we were offered opportunities to take seats in exit aisles that had better leg room, tasks offs and landings were smooth, we were kept informed of flight status
I bought internet for the flight. Don’t waste your money. I wasn’t able to download a 1 Mb file from Google Docs during a 3-4 hr period. You can only use WhatsApp and email if you are willing to wait.
