I really wish there were TV monitors. I don’t have a mastery of computers, so I was left with a six hour flight, and no entertainment.
Good flight and crew. Wonderful to be on time! Only drawback, I didn’t know ahead of time there was no back-of-the-seat tv screen.
Everything was fine. There was just quite a bit of turbulence, which always makes me very anxious.
On my trip from Seattle to San Jose it would’ve been nice to have the gate transfer nearby instead of at the opposite end of the airport that’s it
This was our fist time flying Alaska Airlines. Overall it was a great experience. Ticket counter, gate agents and flight attendants were all wonderful. They all seemed happy at what they do and it shows. Of 4 legs, the onboard WiFi was spotty on 1 leg. The food in first class cabin was ok. Couldn’t get the text messaging notifications to work so had to rely on Flight Aware and the Alaska App. Flights were on time and uneventful. We would def fly Alaska Airlines again :)
Both flights were delayed, the Bellingham to Seattle flight was delayed so much I nearly missed my connection with a two hour layover to spare. I could have driven to Seattle and back in the amount of time the flight was delayed. Seattle to Bellingham Washington also delayed. Not good.
I've flown at least six times this past year. For some reason, the entry into Seattle felt like the worst ever. It felt like the plane was going too high, too fast for entry and then a very rough landing. Could have been the weather. All else was fine. Please consider changing snacks from pretzel sticks to nuts as an option.
All pretty good except we were a bit late getting into Seattle and I had to run to my next gate and was the very last person to board (they were about to close the door but were terrific about getting me aboard.) Hustling between gates is not usually a problem, but I just had a hip replacement which affected my ability to hurry.

Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.
The seats are uncomfortable, feels like a small seat pad on plywood.
My husband is very tall and we generally fly Delta Comfort. We used our companion benefit, and our seats were coach and extremely uncomfortable........ horrid even
My seat had no padding, it was literally plywood with a plastic cover. I could not change seats on my 10 hour flight. My excitement for this trip helped me deal with the pain.
I notice that every time I fly delta or any American carrier, the staff seem tired, overworked, and not at the service level I’m accustomed to in Asia. They frequently crash into my arm when coming down the aisle. Food is shoved at my face with no greeting or verbal cue. The food portions seemed much smaller than usual and didn’t see much wine or beverage options. This is comfort plus? The plane was old and tired. The bathroom was dripping with mineral stains after a long lack of cleaning. The power socket did not work, although the USB output did. I really wonder why I’m flying Delta, I think it’s time to switch to ANA.
The flight was great. The crew were a little terse about the size of my bag. It fit fine.

It was very cold because the air conditioner was on high power, and my son got sick.
Delta crushed it. Flight attendant in first was attentive and just never stopped. Honestly one of the best domestic flights I’ve been on.

It was a good flight. Nothing comes to mind about how it could have been better. It was a newer plane, seemed like a great upgrade from your older ones. Staff was very good as well.
boarding was uneventful. Snack was pathetic. A tiny fruit bar. Entertainment was limited to just select movies on your own tablet or phone. No live TV. I recently flew Jetblue and they had unlimited snacks and live satellite TV the entire flight. My seat was an exit seat, 20A. It was super uncomfortable. It felt cramped and the middle seat was taken up by a large woman who pushed into my shoulder and arm. Horrible flight.
They canceled our flight and left us stranded to figure it out
Cabin was pitch black, even during meal service. The reading lights for seat 2E/F did not work, and seat 2E did not recline.
Long wait before take off without an update for 20 minutes. Flight was good otherwise.
Plane still had screens for watching movies. Good selection too.
The plane’s radio wasn’t working. This delayed the plane for an hour and a half. Then we all broaded and taxied down the runway only to get called back because the radio was still not working. Had to get off the plane and then find another plane making the trip 4 hours delayed. Maybe a different plane should have been chosen sooner?!?!?!
The food for long haul was poor compared to Singapore airlines economy. Pasta plain with tomato sauce . Singapore airlines give me Hagen dash small ice cream cup it was great. The choices of dinner course Singapore air also much better The crew mostly friendly. The economy seat are as expected.
The plane was clean. The staff was excellent. The flight attendants were very good. Enjoyable flight. Overall. The seats in the back are too small but, will always be.

The departing flight from Newark to Charlotte was fine. It was the returning flight from Charlotte to Newark that was awful. We had scheduled an 8:35pm return flight time. We got delayed TEN times all the way to 5am in the morning! We were told over 4 different excuses as to why the flight kept getting delayed. First it was the flight crew needed to rest, then it was something technical with the plane, then it was something with air traffic control, and finally it was because they couldn’t find a captain and had to wait until the morning so the captain could get some rest. It was terrible sleeping overnight in the airport. They offered a $12 meal voucher. That was it! And the only place open in the middle of the night was Dunkin’ Donuts who didn’t even accept the voucher. They should have cancelled the flight much earlier on in the evening instead of just stringing us along hour by hour with more delays. Not professional and unacceptable. There was no refund for inconvenience. I probably will not be flying American Airlines again.
This leg they tried and did well with what they had to work from.
It was nice being on a flight that had working wifi. The boarding was quick - why don’t all airlines have small boarding groups window to aisle? Makes so much sense!!! I was disappointed to be the first person stopped to have to gate check my carryon. Especially when there was plenty of overhead space at the back! But I get it…keeps it moving. Crew was nice.
The flight was as good as it gets when flying. On time departure and arrival plus no lost luggage.
My boarding pass wouldn't pull up in the app very easily and had to really dig through my email. That caused a delay in TSA..
Packed commercial flight was as comfortable as can be expected

My flight back my reservations were list because they said I didn't pay my pet fee when I had a receipt
Flight was cancelled as I was in line for security. Next available flight got me to my destination 24 hrs later than the first. No refunds offered, just credit toward another flight. I booked with delta, got to my destination only 2 hrs behind my original flight schedule. Won’t be using American again.
