Overall very poor. Flight was disorganised, staff were rude and this is my second experience with KLM that I've had baggage go missing. It feels like, if you are an economy customer, KLM staff do not show you any care. I shall never fly with KLM again. Worst airline in Europe

Good flight with KLM, friendly staff. Food was good, had much worse on other airlines. Selection of drinks also good enough for us. Entertainment was also good. The economy seats are ok and that’s it. For a 12 hour flight I think a little more comfort in the economy seats in pitch and softness would be highly appreciated by the customers and can makte the difference.
Good food. Excellent crew service. Clean aircraft. Narrow seats and isle.
Seats were comfortable crew members support was very good but AVML ordered or selected by us needs a lot of improvement.
Transavia flight. Couldn't select seat or anything prior to flight. No connection with klm systems. Seats are very crammed. Extremely no frills.
Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.
Flight left a few minutes late, but that's it. I wish the seats could be wider and recline more.
Overall a very pleasant flight. No significant issues on either flight. Amsterdam airport is very convenient for connecting
We are flying with Swiss for a long time but this time was terrible do to are flight cancellations we are in some bad hotel with out normal food

Flight attendant served beverage to everyone during meal service and forgot about me. Had to call her several times until she realized it. Not a good service for a business class flight
Edelweiss is now Nickle&dimming, not even a complimentary wine on the intercontinental flight. Sitting space is the smallest I have ever seen.
I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.
Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight
Stuff was very helpful at checkin. Flight attendants were nice. Food wasn’t very good, I expected a little more. Economy Seats are ok. Second flight was very full and they forced us to checkin our carry on.
They rebooked our flight and then canceled our trip halfway through the journey without any explanation. Needed to pay by ourselves for alternative flight options without any help from Swiss.
I thought the flight crew was very attentive and the food was excellent. The only issues I had were the flight delays. A small one out of Sarajevo and a longer one out of Zurich.
The boarding process was really slow. The air crew was amazing and the food options and the entertainment were also really great.
The only thing that the airport can improve which will help Lufthansa from delay flights is to warn the passengers that are flying to the USA to be earlier to the gate due to the documents check that in our case delayed the flight
Service was okay. Food was okay. I selected a window seat in the 36th row and someone took it upon themself to change it to an aisle seat in the very last row!!!
Extremely tight connection in Frankfurt. Tickets with one hour layover are not realistic even with first flight being on time. Just barely made it and ran most of the way. 😬
Before the flight I received an email from LH that our seat were changed to other comparable seats. At boarding however we found our reassigned “comparable” seats were directly by the toilet. They sure were no “comparable “ seats and we were quite disappointed!

Crew was excellent. Sat us together after the airline changed our seats. This was the smaller plane/shorter flight so no entertainment or food.
Two things to note here. First, Lufthansa separated me from my small children. Apparently you need to pay extra to ensure that your children are not abandoned. This is different from KLM-Air France, where children sit with their parents automatically, and I usually fly KLM-Air France. I didn't realize Lufthansa was different on this score and is willing to leverage the wellbeing of small children to generate more revenue. Second, my flight arrived 3 hours and 54 minutes late, so I am entitled to financial compensation as per EU passenger rights regulation. From other aspects of Lufthansa's behavior during this trip, I expect that their approach to this is to start a war of attrition with their passengers to avoid giving compensation as much as possible - again, very differently from KLM-Air France. But we'll see, maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.
I did not fly them . They rebooked me on a longer flight to Helsinki. I did not get the food I wanted . Paid more for seats and baggage and now trying to deal with them is. Mess. They reimbursed me for half of cost and not the actual fee I incurred and this was all due to operational reasons . Too many chefs in kitchens and everyone deflects not their problem. Book one airline
Absolutely the most awful experience in the history of service from gate agents to baggage handlers. Never will i use kayak or Lufthansa again. Ever.
