$735 Find Cheap Flights from Glasgow to Dallas

BA have long since lost their way. They are a budget airline without the budget fares. Everything from booking to boarding to flying to arrival is just plain ordinary. I fly BA if the only alternative is Ryanair who are even worse. Otherwise we fly KLM or Lufthansa who are so much better.

Denied boarding passes for connecting flight. Missed connection as a result. Customer services T5 Heathrow airport vile, arrogant people who lied to us and threatened us.

I enjoyed the flight. I did find it strange that when I arrived at my seat although I had paid for a window seat that I was assigned a middle seat. Thankfully I was between a couple and they wanted to sit together. Please do a better job with this BA!

They lost my special meal request and tried to tell me I didn't request it. I had the proof. Then they tried to get me to eat food I can't eat. No apologies

Flight was fine, food much better than anticipated, and flight attendants were helpful and friendly!

It was good but I wished if they could have sign do not disturb if we did not wanted any meals . I was tired and slept through the entire flight and woke up just before landing .being hungry Too late to ask for something to eat before exiting the flight . Left feeling hunger 🙁

I just have to say everything was ok, nothing special, and business class is not as good as it used to be, business class sets are the same seats as the rest of the plane including leg room, only difference is no one is sitting in the middle row, they put a janky little table in there to give you somewhere extra for the free drink to sit

Flight was 1 hour 40 minutes late in departure. My luggage was left at Heathrow but is being delivered today. All things considered, it was a good flight.

The lack of organization at the boarding gate was shocking. It was impossible to determine where the line was and it was hard to understand the announcements. It was so confusing that my wife wanted to get on the wrong flight. I am also annoyed that BA is adopting the sleazy policies that the budget airlines invented of charging extra for even the first checked bag or choosing your seat.

My flight got cancelled the night before suddenly. They rebooked only half my flights back. I couldn’t contact them for help and then I had to book a separate flight on my own to get to the new flight back that they had booked me on. In Flight services were great. But once the flight got cancelled I was left on my own. Same experience for a traveling partner going to a different destination
