People at the gate were the worst I ever met from Ryanair
How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.
Delayed delayed delayed and then cancelled very late not allowing for too much time to find a room for the night
Great flight, departed only 10 mins behind schedule off the aircraft and through security in less than 15 minutes. Love flying from Cardiff so easy a quick from entrance to duty free in less than 10 minutes 😀
Be on time and staff on airport could be a bit more nicest
1. Too long on board without air conditioning. 2. Very very long-tiring walk to exit gate.
Well... Our flight departed with more than 3 hours delay from Beauvais.

we were boarded AND only after the boarding process was finished we were announced there is going to be a delay of one hour.

I got an email in the morning of the flight 1/7, from Kayak, that I was rebooked from UA 906 to LH 430. Nobody at Lufthansa ot United knew about this. I went to both counters. at the airport. Also, Cheap Flights, who I booked the ticket through, did not know. I ended up staying on the United flight. But this was very disturbing, since I got a very late notice that I was rebooked to an earlier flight, I hurried to the airport to find out after a lot of inquiring that this was a mistake. Not a good Kayak experience.
The boarding process was really slow. The air crew was amazing and the food options and the entertainment were also really great.
Delayed over 2 hours. Bring your own snacks or prepare to pay. No entertainment and no plug plugs for charging.
Very good. I thought the choice of Mediterranean food such as falafel for lunch was very thoughtful considering we were flying to Cairo.
Happy and nice crew and the atmosphere is very easy and calm. I got a wonderful travel with UA this time
I wouldn't recommend Lufthansa otherwise. We took this flight only because our flight to Kittilä got cancelled and Lufthansa offered a replacement which would have been two days later, with a night in Frankfurt and another in Munich. We refused the replacement but the staff at the airport entered in the system claiming that we accepted the replacement.. We didn't get the full refund because of this.
Seat cushioning, and having at least 1 checked bag free, I dont understand why international flight would not include a checked bag.
If I book through Lufthansa, I expect to fly on Lufthansa, not discover. Food was bad, plane was delayed. Will not be flying Lufthansa again.
Food service was good. Aircraft was old and needed upgrade such as seats. Flight was delayed about 1 hour.
So poor I will endeavour to never fly with them again. Booked flight direct with Lufthansa, LHR to Leipzig, with stop in Frankfurt. Transfer in Frankfurt, via app and website was a '9min walk'...it, quite simply is not - it was a complete terminal change, with passport control & 2nd security check. No guidance provided by gate staff. Missed connection (despite agents at passport control granting line bypass and running for 750m). No assistance from gate agents at missed flight (along with approximately 15 other passengers that didn't make connection. Lufthansa Service Centre staff helpful - their manager was not, stated it was our fault for not leaving enough time to make transfer, revoked compensation....err, how are we supposed to know about construction, new security procedures, late gate changes??? Really??? We went were airline sent us, at pace, they messed up (twice on both legs of journey). Will avoid at all costs in future.
