I flew from San Francisco to Honolulu on Hawaiian Airlines. The flight was operated by Alaska Airlines. Everything was fantastic. On the return flight from Honolulu to San Francisco, boarding was chaotic. They called each boarding group 1 through 6 very quickly, and everyone just ran and got in a very long line. There was no enforcement of boarding groups. Carry-on rules were not followed, and by the time I boarded the plane, there was barely any overhead space. I was boarding group 4. The crew was very professional, and the Hawaiian Airlines terminal in Honolulu was beautiful. I wish the rest of Honolulu Airport looked like the Hawaiian Airlines Terminal.

There were no movies, have to pay for internet, only pretzel, cookie, & a beverage for a 7 hr. flight..
The flight was delayed. Going to and from LAS they had a system issue wherein they had to manually checkin everyone including the ones who checked in earlier. The seats were messed up so the seats of the people who had an earlier check in was taken by the ones who just arrived. The flight was two hours delayed.
We had the best time ~~~ the CREW was terrific. The ordered food was great. The bubbles were splendid. The landing of the plane was super !!! Thank you all. Cheers and Gold Stars all around. Happy flying. See you again in the near future !!!
Crew gave us conflicting information and was unecesaily hostile in responding about several things. Another crew member spent most of the flight talking poorly about his co-workers within earshot of myself and several other passengers.
On time, professional & accommodating staff. Will fly w/them again
Fine. Had trouble with the app,, maybe because it was part of an international flight
On time boarding, plenty of overhead baggage space even for Group F, on time departure / arrival.
The AC was running on the plane when its 40 degrees outside
We were seated in the middle of a large group of noisy 8th graders
If I pay extra for "comfort+" I expect leg room where I can stretch my legs. I was seated with an attendant's seat blocking my feet. Knee space was fine but my feet had less room than the non-"comfort+" seats. Also, don't go cheap on food when you have flights of 3+ hours. It's insulting.
Only one side of the heafphone jack work. Crew was friendly and helpful.
Great. Flight departed early and arrived early. Deplaning and baggage claim ww were quick.
They separated our seats and moved us to the back of the plane. Hundreds of dollars and thousands of miles used and this was my platinum member experience.
AC barely worked on a 50 minute flight. It was very warm the whole flight. Flight was very bumpy and hard landing.
Got on the plane and then needed to deboard the plane because they didn’t have any pilots?
The flight was canceled two hours before departure, it took over five hours to rebook us on another flight.
Rough day of travel all the way around. Wrong info given to us multiple times and mistakes in their booking making our trip 10 hours longer than planned. I’m bummed because I fly Delta all the time and love them. Mistakes happen. Just bummed that this was a rare trip our whole family was traveling together.
Meh. A late flight meant I missed my connections, and a 2pm LAX arrival turned into gettin in after midnight.
It was good until there was a 3 hour delay because there was not any pilots to fly the plane.
