No complaints. Great service. A first class entry lane at boarding wouldn’t hurt.
Awful . Extra charge on my bags even after it was confirmed it wasn’t overweight.
The plane was delayed for over an hour because of a family who didn't speak English, and didn't understand what was asked of them. While I understand the delay, I thought it was unfair to keep us all waiting for over an hour to get to our destination and a better approach should've been exercised.
No entertainment and one bag of pretzel/beverage at the beginning of a 5 plus hour flight.

Crew was great. Helpful, friendly, sense of humor. 👍🏽 Seat was really uncomfortable -- too concave ( why make them like that???) but worst, This is the first flight I've ever been on in my life where the seat did not have the option to recline!!! Whaaaat??? I was so sleepy but never was able to get comfortable enough to actually sleep. I forget which model of a plane it was exactly, but it was a 737 of some type.
This was our fist time flying Alaska Airlines. Overall it was a great experience. Ticket counter, gate agents and flight attendants were all wonderful. They all seemed happy at what they do and it shows. Of 4 legs, the onboard WiFi was spotty on 1 leg. The food in first class cabin was ok. Couldn’t get the text messaging notifications to work so had to rely on Flight Aware and the Alaska App. Flights were on time and uneventful. We would def fly Alaska Airlines again :)
We had tried to change our seats in the app multiple times before check-in but the flight was seemingly full. When we boarded, there were several empty seats available that my husband and I were offered to take by one crew member only to be told by two others that those rows were reserved for the crew members’ bags.
One of the flight attendant was very rude and not helpful. The others were good. Also seats were dirty with food bags left on the seats. Looks like the plane wasn’t clean before we boarded.
Excellent, as always. Just a bit of comparison from the same routes. United has free blankets. Horrible terminal. EWR JetBlue. Updated terminal. EWR. Screens for each seat. Self service pantry and a lavatory in the middle of the plane. Alaska. Always has new planes neon lighting. Mood music for boarding and deplaning. No screens. Outlets yes. Offers water latter part of the flight. Which is nice. Excellent flight attendants. Customer service on phone or gates are always extra polite and friendly.
