Of Istanbul will become a hub for travelers the flight attendance and airport personal might have some cultural training for other cultures that come aboard. It is important to show care or extra care for different costumers. With my large traveling experience I have noticed that people who provide customer services lack in a cultural training and care. Few personal stand out of the crowd but not too many to understand other cultures. Customer care industry is very difficult to make everyone happy but first the personnel have to try their best of the best.

Heathrow was surprisingly empty, not sure if I was just lucky with the time. My transfer from Vienna was seamless, I had enough time not to rush and not too much time to get bored. I did fly with a carry on which made my trip so much more enjoyable since my last trip to Vienna through Frankfurt was a nightmare both ways my luggage was left in Frankfurt . I definitely chose my fight not through Frankfurt because of that. Newark is my preferred New York airport , arrival was a breeze

Lufthansa is the airline to fly from Frankfurt...they have is dialed in perfectly from comfortable planes (we flew a 747) to great airplane food (German Sausage, etc.) and pleasant helpful staff.

The Aer Lingus flight is on smaller airbus plan with single aisle and only 3 bathrooms for big plane. Gets really crowded trying to move around.

Everything was good, flight was smooth and on time Like service

Boarding was impossible to navigate. Had mobility issues and a business class ticket, but still boarded almost at the end of the queue because there was absolutely no organization or assistance.

Very courteous staff. Abnoxious passenger in front of me who reclined her seat all the way without warning and without considering the person behind her. My flight ORD-WAW was so much more pleasant because of the courtesy of the passenger in front of me.

LOT told me on my first flight that I had missed boarding my second flight and told us to go to a service desk to reschedule. We then were told our flight was still boarding and that we had to run through the Warsaw airport to catch it which is just a long long runway airport. The workers at the airport were not helpful at all and you have to go through two passport checkpoints. I have asthma and was almost dead when I got on the plane and no one helped or gave us water or even acknowledged us. The flight was fine - the crew members are not friendly so it’s a very functional flight at best. Also my bag didn’t make it to my final destination.

LOT was very disorganized at Istanbul airport with no communication with travelers. Our flight was delayed over and hour and a half and there were no announcements, displays or anything about it. It almost left me missing my second flight!

Great service . Everyone is so polite and ready to help. I always was using Lufthansa but from now on I will use LOT. Thank you for your service.

Boeng Dreamliner has so tiny seats, so even medium and smaller size people have not enough room to fill comfortable..

Average. Newark is a United Hub, yet a flight that is early somehow ends up getting late to the gate. Newark ATC needs help badly.

Wish movie and music choices changed more often. Mostly same from a month or two ago when I last flew.

Overall great. I was forced to check my carry-on backpack from EWR to BOS but it came out on the luggage carousel so fast I didn't even get delayed for my pickup.

Boarding was easy. RDU gates can get crowded, be prepared to be patient. Flight was smooth, with excellent service. Pilots really provided a lot of visibility into flight details. Plane and seats were clean and serviceable. TY!

It was good. Just that the seats could not be reclined. The people behind were not ready to let the chairs be reclined

My flight was delayed. They boarded us, then no sooner were we on the plane, they made us get off again and wait another 45 minutes before doing it all over again.

The negative was the wait at the airport coming back. I checked my bags in, an hour before boarding and I get the notification that my flight was delayed. Rather had gotten the notification while I was at the hotel. Then it was delayed 3 x’s. Ugh!

Cabin crew was very friendly, requests were satisfied promptly and cheerfully, and the cabin was reasonably clean when I boarded. The United lounges at Newark and Heathrow are always well-run and comfortable, especially Newark. I look forward to the new lounge that will be part of the rebuild of Terminal 2 at Heathrow.

Service was great, we had bad departure and bad arrival due to weather, but that we cannot control. Hats off to the pilot!

All flights were on time! The crew was nice and polite Thank you. Food was awful. They give you terrible pasta or rice dish and make you pay for chicken if you’d like meat. When I asked for water with my tea, they told me, I’d have to pay 3 euros for water. Restrooms were filthy half way through the flight.

We were sitting in SAS plus. Super friendly, service that went above and beyond on a Full Flight too! Meals were deliscious and trays were cleared promptly. Generous drinks offered throughout the flight. Would like to suggest better movies on offer to watch.... In all genres and maybe more cooking shows? There was only 1, Nadia's Everyday Baking... Thank you

The meal offered was fish. I am allergic to fish. When I told her, she just took the box of food back without offering me an alternative.... I had to ask... can I then have a bag of chips? She did give it to me. I am a Euro Bonus gold member. Please just take the time to offer something else. Easy and from a customer service point of view, .... Considerate.

It was my wife and me traveling together. We purchased more expensive Economy Plus tickets, but the seat selection was not available, although this was the main reason for buying the more expensive tickets. When I called SAS, I was told that the seats could be selected once check-in is open, i.e., 30 hrs. before departure. On the inbound flight, I could check in only the first leg (Boston-Copenhagen) but the system would not allow me to check in for the connecting Copenhagen-Split flight. On the return flight, I was not able to check in and, therefore, select two seats together at all. I even received an email from the SAS stating that the check-in was open but when I attempted to do it, the system would not allow it. Trying to get help by calling SAS customer service was no help at all. Although there are signs at Boston Logan Airport implying that there is a Scandinavian Airlines lounge, there is not one. We were sent to Delta Priority Lounge where we were told that it is for business class passengers only, although the terms of Economy Plus state that the fare includes access to a lounge. The seats and the legroom were no different than standard economy cabin seats. On the flight to Copenhagen, my table was broken (not unfolding completely), so I had to hold the food tray with all the food in one hand while trying to eat with another. Overall, it was definitely not worth it paying for the Economy Plus tickets. Based on my overall experience, it is very unlikely that I will consider flying SAS in the future.

Flight delayed 3 hours 45 minutes. Connecting flight changed. Would have missed cruise ship. Had to cancel return flight, because we couldn't just cancel flight to Nice.

Eet late informed about delay of more rhan four houts

After living in Europe for five years and flying with Lufthansa and KLM airlines, I’ve realized that United Airlines is now a budget carrier. The flight attendant are not friendly. The seats are not comfortable. And everything comes at a cost. I will be flying with KLM and Skyteam like Delta to the US going forward no doubt. United Airlines is not what it once was:

Terrible experience. Should be a short simple flight from San Francisco to Palm Springs. Disgusting insult that United Air doesn’t have a cabin crew ready to receive a plane that’s already an hour plus late in departure. Lots of misinformation along the way from cockpit and crew. Definitely unimpressed with both union and management.

Seat cushioning, and having at least 1 checked bag free, I dont understand why international flight would not include a checked bag.

If I book through Lufthansa, I expect to fly on Lufthansa, not discover. Food was bad, plane was delayed. Will not be flying Lufthansa again.

Service was courteous and attentive. Sat in the exit row. In exchange for leg room I had people tripping over my feet to use it at a hallway from one aisle to the other, had no access to films viaa viewscreen and no underseat storage for medicines or other personal travel needs. Next time I am seated there, I will refuse the exit row.

My flight was delayed d the gate was never updated inside the terminal. If I hadn’t checked my email I would have missed my flight. Also, I paid a total of $5100 for my flight to be. Business or first class. My final leg of my flight from Heathrow to Frankfurt was not to standard of what I expected or experienced in the previous legs of my trip.

Flight got diverted because of an emergency and the crew were fantastic and probably saved that passenger’s life. While in emergency landing some measures could have been taken to prevent additional delays. In general not great experience with BA. I used to fly BA years ago all the time, very disappointed by the whole experience, seats were tight, bathrooms tight.

Boarding could have been better organized. The one member of staff disappeared for a while so boarding by group relied on honesty.

No land services during boarding, specially while moving from terminal to another

Even the carry-ons were not allowed and upon getting down, we had the wait for the longest time for the baggage to put on the jet aisle. We had a short connection which British Airways kept changing and made out entire experience poor. I would never fly BA again.

The seat was very uncomfortable. It helped to use the foot rest. Could not sleep because of the seat.

The seats are incredibly uncomfortable. My luggage didn't make it on the flight from London to Nashville.

The plane itself is old and way overcrowded. The crew do a great job of trying to mitigate. It is just uncomfortable for over 8 hours, bearable, but barely. Boarding, and the baggage game, is ludicrous. Why charge extra to check bags when there is not enough room for everyone to "carry-on" and checking is needed? I do not think these issues would be different with other airlines, I believe it is the attitude that squeezes every penny out of each traveler.
