The check-in staff, boarding staff, and flight crew were all very friendly. Really miss the Porter lounge in Ottawa.
Thanks for giving a beer to everyone in the seat infront of me and then telling me that I can’t have one because they are going to land. I guess I need to pay for a seat and then pick one in the very front of the plane
The flight was delayed by more than one hour. The terminal was consequently overcrowded and hot. We lost our car reservation and hit rush hour traffic in Boston, which added two hours stuck in traffic to our trip.
Awesome, the whole way through. Thank you, this is the new Canadian Airline benchmark.
We were given a complimentary seat upgrade which was so unexpected but so lovely!
Porter was excellent. Boarding was a breeze. The seats were a little uncomfortably but the overall trip was excellent.
Only packaged snacks were served. It was a flight at lunchtime and a hot meal would have been a great.
Reserve check-in was very slow compared to regular check-in. Internet was slow
Lavatories broke with an hour to go. At least we were on time.

We are experiencing more delays with westjet than other companies. West jet used to be our favorite airline.

The whole problem of being denied boarding on flight I had ticket for having to sit in airport for 5 hours and not offered drink or cup of soup at that hour which was dinner time and did not leave until 11 PM
Terrible experience at the gate. Charged for carry on luggage despite them meeting the requirements for sizing.
It was fine for a low cost trip. No entertainment and poor food offer. The sits were ok. It was on time.

On this flight, we didn't even get water offered, nor any other beverage. Therefore we got a snack of pretzels. Flight was good and Air Canada a good airline
I would realllllly like to have been in a seat closer than row FORTY. Needing assistance - longgg way to walk down and back; then they put me in the middle seat-needing to get up for the window seat passenger to go to the washroom etc.
Seats small for international flights, food not good, bathrooms bad, small isles to carry along. For small local flights it’s okay. Emirates had big seats for flight between Dubai to Karachi
Flight was cancelled due to problems with the aircraft . Not much else to add . Itinerary was changed from yeg to Yule direct . Fine .
The flight went very smoothly, the staff was friendly and very helpful and the pilot flew the plane really, really well. Take off, landing were great and a smooth flight in between!

The way in which the zones are lines up causes confusion the sign says zone 1, zone 2, zone 3-6. All the people in zones 3-6 line up and then the zones are called individually this causes confusion and there must be a better way to do this, other than that the flight crew, the plane and everything else was perfect.
Ok, a very small soda in a small glass was all that was served. Pitiful. Comfort seat was not, no legroom at all would not recommend comfort class, not worth the extra.
