First flight out in the morning is often the best chance of running on time. Not in this case, which unfortunately is now what passengers can expect as what is common. - If you are late for a flight, too bad for you. - If West Jet is late, too bad for you. - Bags don't make it? Too bad for you. - Flight change by 1+ days, too bad for you Prices continue to increase, while customer service nosedives. This is backwards and in any other develop country would be considered unacceptable - except for Canada. Too bad for us.

Experience was good. Was surprised they didn’t offer a complimentary meal on a 5 hour flight.

Very old planes. Seats were not comfortable. Air was not on during the flight leading to incredibly stuffy conditions.

Early flight was great. Naps, movie and into Mexico with time left in the first day.

Delta was great. West Jet was not. I booked my flight in Sept (well over two months ago), but was told there were 2 reservations and NO tickets for me, my husband and 16mo daughter. We were unable to go ahold of West Jet over the phone and the kiosk was unhelpful so we had to buy completely new tickets in order to get home that day. I’ve called West Jet twice since and sat on the phone for over an hour without speaking to any representatives

Traveling on two legs the food was identical and not very good

Terrible experience at the gate. Charged for carry on luggage despite them meeting the requirements for sizing.

On time. Did not like that I was forced to check my carry on bag. When I got to my seat there was riom to store my bag.

It was fine for a low cost trip. No entertainment and poor food offer. The sits were ok. It was on time.

Seat barely reclined. Boarding took forever. Flight attendants were not very friendly
