The crew was very kind and always smiling. The seats were great and I was very comfortable during the flight. The only thing I didn't like was that the lavatories got really dirty at some point during the flight. Other than that my experience was great
Great service. Great staff. Boarding was a little slow, but I think there was a service dog slowing things down.
Flight left early and arrived early. the whole trip was excellent.

Great list of movies, seat was generally comfortable, but not much shoulder room. The fresh baked cookie mostly made up for the lack of variety with the meals, which were all tomato based.

Newer plane, relatively easy boarding, not a full flight and was told that we could not be moved up because of weight and balance issues. Otherwise, a very good experience.
Plane 3 hours late. Missed connection. No help from gate staff. App horrible. Lost connection repeatedly. No service desk. Finally got help from young girl driving cart.

The planes are so dirty! Food crumbs and finger print smudges, Dust over the vents and carpet stains. It’s disgusting.
The bag drop personal were not helpful. There was no food on the flight. Boeing aircraft, lousy as always. Everything else was fine.
Asked several times dairy free options and was ignored. Was told chips was the only thing I could have that I should have put it on my profile “which it is”. Very unprofessional. WiFi didn’t work have the flight. Overall a very bad experience.

Overall, a good experience. The crew were not as friendly/helpful on my flight from Toronto to Nashville, but they were nice enough. I asked for a coffee about 45 min before landing, the flight attendant acted put out at the request.. apparently, they forgot about it and when I asked again they said it was too late. It was the only thing I asked for on the flight. Needless to say, it bugged me.
The experience was good. Flight was on time. Liked how they offered to accept carryon baggage for free before as I was checking in online.
Seats small for international flights, food not good, bathrooms bad, small isles to carry along. For small local flights it’s okay. Emirates had big seats for flight between Dubai to Karachi
Flight was cancelled due to problems with the aircraft . Not much else to add . Itinerary was changed from yeg to Yule direct . Fine .
As previously mentioned in last review , seats are small and uncomfortable, and baggage fees are high!
We got home a day late because of mechanical problems and that they wouldn’t put us on available other flights.

Wheelchair help is not reliable & chaotic. No food and minimal liquids for a flight at 6;25.
The way in which the zones are lines up causes confusion the sign says zone 1, zone 2, zone 3-6. All the people in zones 3-6 line up and then the zones are called individually this causes confusion and there must be a better way to do this, other than that the flight crew, the plane and everything else was perfect.
