I had a bad experience with the security at IAH and felt like a sardine on all 4 legs of my journey.
I don’t understand the purpose of the orange “priority” tag on my bag. This tagged, my bag is last or near to the last bag to come down the carousel at IAH.
Plane 3 hours late. Missed connection. No help from gate staff. App horrible. Lost connection repeatedly. No service desk. Finally got help from young girl driving cart.
Oh my gosh, I loved my experience with United! they made me want to travel more often.
Everything was good. Flight was on time, luggage pickup was quick. The staff were great. Could not ask for anything more.
The planes are so dirty! Food crumbs and finger print smudges, Dust over the vents and carpet stains. It’s disgusting.
The bag drop personal were not helpful. There was no food on the flight. Boeing aircraft, lousy as always. Everything else was fine.
Asked several times dairy free options and was ignored. Was told chips was the only thing I could have that I should have put it on my profile “which it is”. Very unprofessional. WiFi didn’t work have the flight. Overall a very bad experience.
Smooth boarding. I liked the pilots communicated potential turbulence upcoming.
Plane still had screens for watching movies. Good selection too.
Overall, a good experience. The crew were not as friendly/helpful on my flight from Toronto to Nashville, but they were nice enough. I asked for a coffee about 45 min before landing, the flight attendant acted put out at the request.. apparently, they forgot about it and when I asked again they said it was too late. It was the only thing I asked for on the flight. Needless to say, it bugged me.
The experience was good. Flight was on time. Liked how they offered to accept carryon baggage for free before as I was checking in online.
Seats small for international flights, food not good, bathrooms bad, small isles to carry along. For small local flights it’s okay. Emirates had big seats for flight between Dubai to Karachi
Flight was cancelled due to problems with the aircraft . Not much else to add . Itinerary was changed from yeg to Yule direct . Fine .
As previously mentioned in last review , seats are small and uncomfortable, and baggage fees are high!
We got home a day late because of mechanical problems and that they wouldn’t put us on available other flights.
I’m not a small man but a little more leg room would make a big impact
We were turned away at the gate because our names didn't match (we used a maiden name by accident).
Wheelchair help is not reliable & chaotic. No food and minimal liquids for a flight at 6;25.
The way in which the zones are lines up causes confusion the sign says zone 1, zone 2, zone 3-6. All the people in zones 3-6 line up and then the zones are called individually this causes confusion and there must be a better way to do this, other than that the flight crew, the plane and everything else was perfect.
