EVA air was nice. It was the first time I’ve flown with them. The poor entertainment choices for 2 long flights will make me think about choosing them next time. I didn’t know if would effect me so much but I couldn’t sleep and it added to the stress. The food was terrible for me but I couldn’t find how to inform them about my diet when I bought my ticket.
I think the business class service has declined as compared to how it was years ago. I am not a fan of the hello kitty graphics. Boarding was long and not well organized. The lounge in Taipei was not very good, the food was very poor. Did not live up to many international business class lounges.
Boarding was good. It will be nice to have beer anytime. I asked for a beer at tea time & I was refused. Quite disappointed

EVA Air flight from Wien to Taipei is good, but the on-ground service to arrival gate is bad.
I was expecting that movie selection and food would have been better. Everything else was great.
Airline itself is great. While food was being taken off of my tray my beer spilled which was a total accident and I wasn’t upset about that, what was frustrating was I had to ask for towels to clean up and wipe my leg. It would have been left as is if I hadn’t.
Bars and restaurants in Taipei close early. The lounge isn’t very good, but better than the public areas.
The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍
Short lay over. Seat assignment was terrible. Was traveling as a family and end up being seated separately. Will not use underpricer ever again.
Unable to set seat assignment. Got a call from presumably “China airlines representative” but was asking for an exorbitant amount for the seat assignment. Was traveling as a family end up being assigned to different seats as a result. Will never use underpricer again.
Not many selections for entertainment. Bulk head seats are no longer available with out fee at the counter. That’s pretty lame.
All of the staff were very helpful, polite I was very satisfied with China Airlines The food was normal for airlines but I’m sure they could do better
Everything was efficient. Good leg room. Food was good. Staff were friendly.
I would have liked to know how to order a special meal (for medical purposes) before the flight.
Very good , the weather was terrible, but i admired the professionality and politeness and care from the crew, and the excellent contition of the plane
