No land services during boarding, specially while moving from terminal to another
I liked BA land team for boarding, the food, entertainment should be considered to be improved
Flight delay and can’t much help passenger do the change connecting flight.
The seat was very uncomfortable. It helped to use the foot rest. Could not sleep because of the seat.
The seats are incredibly uncomfortable. My luggage didn't make it on my flight from London to Nashville.
The plane itself is old and way overcrowded. The crew do a great job of trying to mitigate. It is just uncomfortable for over 8 hours, bearable, but barely. Boarding, and the baggage game, is ludicrous. Why charge extra to check bags when there is not enough room for everyone to "carry-on" and checking is needed? I do not think these issues would be different with other airlines, I believe it is the attitude that squeezes every penny out of each traveler.
Our headphone plug in was broken, especially we are with 5 years old who like to watch a movie
The plane was clean. The crew were lovely. Food was good - but seat 1D is a poor location. - the crews cupboard is right near your feet and they visited them frequently swishing the curtain from the galley onto my feet everytime also creating a swish of cold air each time & then slamming the door.
This flight was booked with Iberia, but when we got to the airport, it was actually switched to Level. We went to Iberia terminal, then had to be redirected. Ridiculous that we had to pay for a soda on the plane. Also had to pay for earbuds, no pillows. If we had wanted a blanket would have been charged. This is not the British Airways experience. Flight attendant was non existent. Had our call light on for 45 minutes with no response. Attendant charged for a drink, forgot to bring it back. We would never fly Level again. If British airways is going to switch out carriers, We would not fly with them
British airways has the most uncomfortable coach seats for international travel i have ever experienced. There is no leg room and when the person in front of you reclines their seat it nearly hits you in the face. There is not enough room for you to open a laptop in front of you or eat a meal. It’s ridiculous and i hope to not fly them in the future.
