Was was cancelled less than 24 hours prior to my scheduled departure by PLAY. Despite my attempts to rebook my travel, I encountered significant cost increases that rendered this option unfeasible. In accordance with EC Regulation 261/2004, airlines are required to issue a full refund for cancelled flights within seven days of the scheduled departure if a refund is requested instead of rebooking on another flight. It has been three weeks without a refund or an answer

This request was completed three weeks ago an answer or refund.
It would have been better to have USB charging ports available on the longer haul Flight that one of 2 hours
Was very good Staff was great. No tv monitors tho. So long flights make it longer
The worst. No free beverages. No entertainment on an overseas flight. Not enough space. Never again.
Play is affordable! Only way we fly from the states to Europe. Left late but arrived on time

Boarding and crew was great. Flight was cold, need layers. Deplaning was hard. We had to take stairs off the plane and I was separated from my travel companion because we were not seated together and they would not let him wait for me to get off so we were forced onto different shuttles.
Check in and boarding was easy, crew was cheerful. Not much to read or do on the plane and our neighboring passengers were talking loudly so we could not sleep. But overall good. Great coffee.
Flyplay is the only way I travel to Europe. Had a 15 hr layover in Iceland. Normally this would suck, but I regret a car and saw the black sand beaches, several waterfalls and sky lagoon. And finished with lamb at cafe Loki.
They did not provide free WiFi, It could be purchased for, I think, around $25, This seemed excessive.

Reliable, great value, but not outstanding in any aspect. This is similar to the experience you get in most international carriers like Etihad or Delta.
Flight got diverted because of an emergency and the crew were fantastic and probably saved that passenger’s life. While in emergency landing some measures could have been taken to prevent additional delays. In general not great experience with BA. I used to fly BA years ago all the time, very disappointed by the whole experience, seats were tight, bathrooms tight.
Business class area too small and chair and equipment not comfortable .
Lost my luggage in London Was double charged for luggage
Boarding could have been better organized. The one member of staff disappeared for a while so boarding by group relied on honesty.
I never made this flight but the staff helped to get me rebooked (see previous review)
No land services during boarding, specially while moving from terminal to another
Even the carry-ons were not allowed and upon getting down, we had the wait for the longest time for the baggage to put on the jet aisle. We had a short connection which British Airways kept changing and made out entire experience poor. I would never fly BA again.
