Fine, but how to board on SW versus othrr airlines, is just lame. Goood staff though and all was solid otherwise.

Fine, but how to board on SW versus othrr airlines, is just lame. Goood staff though and all was solid otherwise.

The last 30 min or so, they put the heat on full. We thought we were being basted.

The flight was delayed about 20 minutes, but this was an evening flight, so it comes as no surprise. This flight came a good 1.5 days ahead of hurricane Helene which was still far out in the gulf. However, the flight never removed the seated buckle light. The staff announced from the beginning that due to the bad weather (I suppose the hurricane a day and a half away) they would have to do an abbreviated service with water and a snack. I am fine with their water and snack offering, but this was one of the smoothest flights I've had in years. If Southwest believes a flight like this requires everyone to remain seated, then all of their flights should remain buckled for the entire flight. I cannot help but wonder if things like this are a sneaky way to cut back on expenses since the airline is currently under a lot of pressure to reduce costs.

The plane wasn’t full, so we got the best seats

Although the flight was delayed, but the crew was amazing. They did the best they could to make the time enjoyable.

My experience was find with Southwest. The only issue I have is...at the exact time for me to check in...I don't understand how I always end up in C.

With early bird check in, I might start flying southwest again.

Very helpful, convenient, nice crew members, no extra fees, helped us saving 4 hrs of travel by booking is on an earlier flight

Because of storms in St Louis, plane was diverted to Kansas City. After about 1 hour stay went back to st Louis to finally reach distanation. Made for long day. But southwest took care of us. Can't fight mother nature

We stood on the tarmac for over an hour. Very bad turbulence the whole ride. Very to get to the restroom.

How badly can you screw up baggage claim? We were told to go to baggage claim too for our bags from this flight. Another flights bags were there. They finished up. More bags from a different flight arrived. Our bags did not Finally the baggage claim belt stopped working and and are flight was still listed on the arrivals for that baggage claim 2. And then nothing It turns out that they had been delivered not only the United baggage claim but far away on a Delta baggage claim No I never told us. It was only the people looking around who had been on the flight But I’m sure there was plenty of time for the employees to raffle through the bags and steal whatever they wanted

Attendants zipped through cabin so fast hardly anyone got the water they told us we could have in the short flight. Nothing else was offered.

Sucks ! All three flights I was on this trip were delayed.

Plane left & arrived early- 5 Crew great. Wi fi - paid for 2, only 1 worked - so so. Waste of $. Coolie was good

The flight attendants were unhelpful. It was a packed flight, and usually a flight attendant would help find a spot in the bin for your carry on or shift things around. Neither made any effort to do so. Also, I had to then check my bag. I was told it would be on the carousel in YYZ, but it came up on the jetway. So lucky I saw others standing around for their bags. I would have walked straight past this and on to the carousel. They could have at least told me that they had given me wrong information. Very unsatisfactory.

Long wait before take off without an update for 20 minutes. Flight was good otherwise.

Flight crew was amazing! I don't like that the Polaris seats are side-by-side.

Smoothly flight, pleasant flight attendants. I wish there were better food choices.

Everything was awful Flight attendant was condescending, rude and not helpful at all. Small outdated plane. No service, uncomfortable seats. Flight attendant was really the worst. He used hand gestures to communicate instead of words and whenever he used words he was condescending.

A three (3) hour flight should have meal service in First Class, not just potato chips!

A thousand choices for movies and nothing to watch. I avoid 'R' rated shows and others with violence and sexual content, which results in a handful of flicks to view and I have them already.

Two issues. The plane was old and dirty. The armrest looked like an old car that had the vinyl rubbed off. The Seats in these aircraft are about as hard and uncomfortable. I want to tour Italy for a month and I want to buy a one-way ticket to Thailand but I will not sit in the seats these planes have. It is seriously stupid how hard they are.

The gate changed over 6 times in the 4 hours before this flight having us walking all over and back again. The agent told me that the American app and the airport monitors are not reliable and I should Google the flight number for accurate flight information! Shocking tip but the gate still kept changing anyway and then the flight was delayed an hour because of another maintenance issue. Not a great experience.

Promised lounge access, gate agent didn't allow us entry.

I was in a wheelchair and went from international to domestic. I was transferred to several different modes of transport and expected to give a tip at each transfer. I was, although, grateful to get to the gate in time for my flight.

The flight was great, and I have never ridden in first class previously so I don't have any practical knowledge of the norm. The flight out to DFW was delayed and I sat in economy which was as expected, not nearly as spoiled as I was in first class which had more general room but that is par for the course. I have no complaints and will wait until I fly American again before I can make a valid improvement. I will fly American again in the future.

It was okay. I opted to pay for an upgrade to an exit row, but this might’ve been the worst exit row experience I’ve ever had. - The fold out table was janky and didn’t fold out properly. - The seats felt squished together as I was the aisle seat in the group of three, but the guy in the middle felt like he was constantly leaning on me. - Everyone who walked by brushed up against me, or knocked my entertainment screen, to include the food and drink carts. Didn’t get one apology or excuse me. - The community flight tracker screen was right in front of me and was sooooooo bright I could barely catch any sleep on my 13hr flight from Seoul to DFW. Not the best experience at all…

Packed commercial flight was as comfortable as can be expected

I'm not a valued flyer so I'm always in the last group to board...that sucks, always

A very good flight. All personnel were gracious and pleasant. Good flight. No complaints.

I did not fly Spirit. Connie fraudulently used my email to book her flight. I do not know Connie!

Boarding attendant was rude. Crew on the plan were more interested in talking amongst themselves and did not ask parentage if they needed anything or even walk down the isles.

Flight was ok with exception of the multiple delays. As with all Spirit flights, the sights are extremely uncomfortable and lack leg space. However, the price savings is the plus.

Okay for the most part but Good boarding and on time

The gate employees and the flight crew were friendly and professional. Afterboarding we waited 20 minutes for another flight; a complimentary beverage would have ben appreciated for the inconvenience.

Quick flight. But crew was late so boarding was delayed. No food or entertainment as flight was an hour so no possible eating there…flight was also delayed but I think that was the fault of SAN airport not spirit…

Everyone on the plane was wonderful. I can't say that the trip of flying was wonderful because I hadn't done that since I was 13 years old. Honestly I was terrified. What would make it better is if they didn't drive so fast but I know they have to. And if they could go up slowly and land slowly. But none of that they can control.

Horrible experience, they cancelled the flight , and we had to lose money on car rentals and hotels and tickets for extraction

Awful. My flight was three hours late leaving DFW and we just arrived at LAX three hours late and stuck on the runway. I heard the Spirit workers at the desk in DFW say that we were waiting on a crew. I am extremely disappointed in Spirit.

My flight was cancelled an hour before take off time.

The takeoff was the smoothest I've ever experienced on any airline and this is the first time I've flown on frontier so this was an extremely pleasant surprise!

Delayed each time on a round trip with no significant weather interference. Updates to flight times came after the fact. 30 min behind in boarding and board and phone still show an on time departure. Some mysterious extra 300 miles that came so surprising they had to fuel while we were already on board?

A lady asked to stop the flight after the tunnel pulled away and we began to depart a flight that was already hours late. The attendance respectfully stopped the the plane and had the tunnel return. After the tunnel returned the passenger claimed to have changed her mind . The tunnel was then put in reverse and the passenger remained on the plane .. They should have sent the sick passenger off the plane like initially replaced. They existed a couple off the plane prior to that situation.. So.. all and all.. it was a long and flight.. .

terrible cascading delays and unhelpful customer service. uncomfortable plane. crew was great, however!

I ended up paying $70+ dollars to for a carryon because the website is confusing and misleading. I now realize I did not need to pay that. I request a refund. I will pay extra to other airlines and not fly Frontier again.

With frontier you get what you pay for. The flight was two hours late. It’s a tight fit for the number of people they bring but you get to where you’re going cheap. Sometimes that’s more important than a nifty drink and cool TV..

Charges unexpected. For seat that didnt recline. Please reverse extra seat and carryon charge. Bad business that is a bait and switch.

Although we received an email from Kayak AND the airline, turns out we were not on Frontier’s manifest for the flight. We had to purchase tickets at the gate. Not sure where this transaction fell apart, but it did. We are now disputing the charges for the SLC to PDX flight originally booked through Kayak.

We had an awful experience getting our bags checked in. Frontier’s check in on the app manipulated us into buying the business package because that was the only option available for a checked bag which included two checked bags per person which we did not need. Upon arriving to the airport, we stood in line for what seemed like forever at the baggage check in and there was no one available at the counter. We were first in line and we were afraid we were going to miss our flight due to the baggage attendant being late. After realizing there were a lot of other people waiting at the baggage check in and no one available. I reached out to Frontier and could not get any customer service so I had to call the airport to page the baggage attendant to send someone to the counter to check in our bags before we were able to go through security , I finally spoke to the attendant at the counter and explained to her that we had to pay for two checked bags person a total of six bags when we only had a total of three bags between three people she said to reach out to Frontier and they would issue a refund for the three bags that we paid for and did not need. I reached out to Frontier which I was not able to reach anybody by phone so I had to go through their automated chat feature, which sent me around in circles until I finally reached a representative to assist me. I explained to them what happened and they explained that they were not able to assist me. I continued to push the issue with them as this was very frustrating and they finally put in a customer service ticket where we were issued a flight credit and we were so disappointed because after this experience, we NEVER want to fly Frontier again, and we do not want a credit that we will not use. Frontier charged us almost $500 for us to check three bags which is absolutely absurd! The customer service agents were not able to offer anything else other than a flight credit and I do not feel like my frustrations were truly heard , we will never use Frontier Airlines again ! Truly Theft by Manipulation! They should be ashamed!

I couldn’t check in because the app didn’t work. It took 3 Frontier employees at the counter to get me checked in. Flight left 3 hours after departure time
