Short flight with plenty of open seats. Drinks and snacks were still provided even on such a short flight. <1 hr

I liked the crew member who gave flight instructions on "in case of a problem:. The seats are so small that only a young teenager could sit in middle seat.

Great experience flying Southwest. The crew was really kind and helpful, and very friendly with our toddler.

Very good. Sad to learn Southwest is going start to charge for bags

Our flight was diverted from being a non-stop to getting within 150 miles and requiring another plane. We heard 4 or 5 different versions from SW as to why we had to stop, then wait for a replacement plane. Five hour delay, weather did not come up as a single excuse.... communication was not clear and well explained. No one really took charge!

My flight to Chicago left and landed early. My return flight left two minutes late and arrived 2 minutes late. My seat selections were ideal! There were no snacks going to Chicago and no snacks on the return trip. There are no charging outlets on board.

WiFi on the flight was not working. Thus, entertainment options were limited.

Great flight staff. Ease of boarding. Overall, very uneventful and easy trip.

Plane late from DC to Austin 30 minutes. Crew made up much of the time enroute to San Diego.

Gate agents were informative and friendly… flight attendants were as well. Had a fun time chatting about their legacy AirTran experiences as a former fan of the airline that Southwest acquired.

The Dekta Rep that checked us in was great. She's very personable, pleasant, and can tell she enjoys her job.

The plane was old with small storage areas that had problems closing/latching and not enough storage for everyone, and worn, damaged seats. Service was great but feel a little unsafe on such well used planes.

Terrible and im avoiding them in the future. My initial flight was delayed causing me to rebook my flight and when speaking with the representative to rebook I explained this is the second time my flights were delayed and they did nothing to help me. I wasn't booked to comfort plus or given a voucher or anything. I was almost late for my meeting that I needed to attend on Monday because of the games delta played delaying my flights even more and putting me in the very back of the plane next to an extremely intoxicated passenger

Flights on time. .Ride was as comfortable as can be expected in steerage. Luggage arrived at destination. Attendants were fairly friendly.

Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.

The WiFi didn't seem as fast as it normally is

Thank you for not flipping the plane on the run way. You guys get a 5 star rating for the flight!!!

The crew was wonderful and attentive. The seats near exit row were restrictive. Offer healthy snacks please

Delta is a premier airline so my expectations are most always met.

Seats are much much more comfortable than United, which is what I usually fly

I liked everything. Except that my neck was hurting on the seat. I couldn't sleep.

We were delayed Al ost / hours after boarding so that maintenance had to add oil to the engines. Then the oil they grabbed had been left out in the Dallas record cold and was frozen. They had to go back to the hanger and grab some that was not frozen.

Flight was empty so had a whole row to myself. Still had to wait to get the bag due to the negligence at Palm Springs departure.

Everything was on time, we arrived early, everything worked well.

Angela was the best fa ever. She made that 8 hour flight a breeze

This was a pleasant, short flight and the crew was friendly.

The service and food needs to improve to catch up with other international flights

Small plane, so no entertainment. Hour delay! Nobody explained wht the delay was all about.

Same problems with delays in Dallas. This was weather related and due to the incoming flight being delayed. This was the flight that was delayed due to a missing flashlight which turned out not to be missing.

We boarded after several delays due to mechanical failure and a gate change. The seat cushion in the exit row was very compressed and offered no cushion, making the four-hour journey reasonably uncomfortable. The WiFi worked for a few people, but for most, it did not, and you cannot get entertainment unless you can connect—American Airlines flights do not have seatback screens, and you must use your mobile phone.

Seats are poor. They do not lean back. They do not even have pockets on the back, making it impossible to store a phone or a coke bottle. If you opt for basic economy cheap seats, they stick you always in the middle or window seat, even though there are unoccupied seats on the aisle. And then there is the nickel and diming. No carry-ons. And checking your carry-on is $70. At the end there is no price advantage but there is plenty of aggravation.

Flight crew was great. Spirit leaves a lot to be desired in terms of comfort.

Worst Airplane ride I ever have taken... My purchased seat was changed without my consent

would be great to get basic water, soda at least and stop charging for carry ons

They changed our departure time 6 times before I even reached the airport. Delayed, Ontime, Delayed Back on time, Then Delayed. We finally boarded the plane and then we had to sit on the runway for over an hour only to be told they were taking us back to the gate for an additional 2 hour delay. Lack of communication and a complete waste of time! Never again!

Spirit canceled the flight, sent no notification and then refused to issue a refund. Trash airline, will never fly again.

Very difficult. Flew out on Dec 24th and it was a mess. They know it is going to be the busiest time of the year and they had no organization. Finally they called for people going on certiam flights so they could get them thru thw line then we had to rush to our gate to get in li e to board. We missed our flight do to being stuck at the border of Mexico. They would not work with us to make an affordable price so we had to wait a day with no where to go and pay 280 more for our flights. I would think that a complimentary drink would be nice. But we had to pay 4.49 for a coke. Not an overall good experience

I couldn't understand the crew when they announced it was a new plane and there was therefore no wifi, huh? Seriously lame for 2025!

I did not fly Spirit. Connie fraudulently used my email to book her flight. I do not know Connie!

The boarding was quick and orderly, but the seating is tight and not in a good way.
