Great service. Great staff. Boarding was a little slow, but I think there was a service dog slowing things down.
Flight left early and arrived early. the whole trip was excellent.
Seats were really tight and the seat belts did not give enough slack.
I like in St George and prefer to fly out of CDC than SGU. Hopefully, they will continue the flights out of Cedar

Overall, it was okay. Seat was a little cramped. Would’ve liked more substantial snacks or opportunity to buy some.
Newer plane, relatively easy boarding, not a full flight and was told that we could not be moved up because of weight and balance issues. Otherwise, a very good experience.
Other then mechanical/ computer problem and 3.5 hours flight delay the flight was great. I guess that what happened when you fly an old airplane now a day.
I was with one of the last zones to board. It was kind of annoying to finally get called to board and my whole section was already on the plane. Clearly they boarded with previous zones. So by the time I got on board, there were no spaces for my luggage above my head. I had to put my luggage 4+ rows behind me, which meant that I had to wait even longer to get off the plane, since I had to wait for those rows to clear the aisle before I could retrieve my luggage and exit the plane. This also held up the plane cleaners, as they couldn't service my row until I cleared it, so they were all standing there waiting for me, while I'm standing there waiting for the other passengers to clear the aisle. Anyways, I wasn't in a rush this time, so I just waited, but I could see that being a problem in the future. Now, I could have checked my luggage, of course, but coincidentally, a friend of mine on the same flight got their luggage damaged (wheel completely knocked off) and was told by the Baggage Attendant in the airport that Delta doesn't "cover wheel damage" on luggage. This was disappointing to hear. I'm glad I didn't check mine through. If it were my luggage, I'd be highly frustrated to hear that. It makes me not want to check my luggage in the future.
The dear was very limited in space. I could put my water bottle in seat basket. Also, there was no inflight entertainment in the delta app?
Food choices were very limited. Taste of the dishes was average.
It’s been awhile since I have traveled on United. I, along with my family who were on the flight noted how smoothly everything went . Boarding, flight crew and service was excellent.
Oh my gosh, I loved my experience with United! they made me want to travel more often.
In general ok, my only issue is that they had no hot items for purchase. I had very little time in my connection due to baggage/customs/TSA, thag I barely even had a chance for a stop at the washroom and buy water, to make it to my gate when they started boarding. I had nothing to eat because the trip started early, so I was ready to purchase, and they had nothing except for dry items like snacks. I had to purchase a mediocre, overpriced cheese and fruit board, instead of at least a pizza or sliders that I was planning on getting. Other than that, it was fine. But that’s typical Air Canada, to not have enough.
How badly can you screw up baggage claim? We were told to go to baggage claim too for our bags from this flight. Another flights bags were there. They finished up. More bags from a different flight arrived. Our bags did not Finally the baggage claim belt stopped working and and are flight was still listed on the arrivals for that baggage claim 2. And then nothing It turns out that they had been delivered not only the United baggage claim but far away on a Delta baggage claim No I never told us. It was only the people looking around who had been on the flight But I’m sure there was plenty of time for the employees to raffle through the bags and steal whatever they wanted

Long wait before take off without an update for 20 minutes. Flight was good otherwise.
Flight delayed over 2 hours . I was flying bussiness never got food cause they ran out of what i wanted
Flight was great my baggage was on time everywhere but my bags had been handled ruff cause they got damaged.
Flight crew was amazing! I don't like that the Polaris seats are side-by-side.

Small plane, so no entertainment. Hour delay! Nobody explained wht the delay was all about.
Same problems with delays in Dallas. This was weather related and due to the incoming flight being delayed. This was the flight that was delayed due to a missing flashlight which turned out not to be missing.
We boarded after several delays due to mechanical failure and a gate change. The seat cushion in the exit row was very compressed and offered no cushion, making the four-hour journey reasonably uncomfortable. The WiFi worked for a few people, but for most, it did not, and you cannot get entertainment unless you can connect—American Airlines flights do not have seatback screens, and you must use your mobile phone.
Only thing that I liked it that I got to my destination safely, otherwise American Airlines stinks.
Improvements in communication and empathy are absolutely necessary for American Airlines staff (top down). It’s like they are numb to the needs of their customers.

My seat was wonky...hard and not much padding. I sat next to the Jumpseat for the flight attendant. Thoroughly enjoyed not have a third seat in that row! Flight attendants were amazing. I couldn't answer the "food quality" question as there is no food served on my short flight. I commend the pilot as I know it was super gusty when we landed. Thanks
AA is always pretty solid. Was on time all the way around today so can’t complain!
Flight was fine. Arrived on time. More room in the seats would be nice, but not something that is likely to happen.
Was good all around. Crew, food, paid for extra legroom, as 10+ hour flight Like the 787 as I don't have any problem with my ears, due to the planes pressurization.
This flight was a lot more comfortable with more room than the Air Canada Rouge!!! We will never go rouge again! A yes to this one!!! It was so nice to have inflight entertainment! Also the carts came around twice for drinks or a snack!! Great experience all around!
Never flew with AirCanada before. Was a super duper flight every time and on time! No changes or delays!
Air Canada seats do not have much room compared to other airlines I’ve traveled with. Also, the lack of free WiFi is a negative. All airlines need to be better about this.
Overall the new aircraft’s is good and crew is good. Just overall airline policies and process needs to be better.

Ordered the vegetarian meal. Perhaps the worst in flight meal i ever had. Soggy and sad broccoli, overcooked rice and a FROZEN cheap fruit salad.
The seats were very uncomfortable. The food was terrible. They only came around with the drink cart for dinner and breakfast. What if we needed water or something? I had to take my pills in the morning with a pop I bought from the airport. Absolutely ridiculous! Will never be flying Air Canada again after this trip!
Delayed 2 hours 20 minutes. Then we still didn’t take off for another 45 minutes. Arrived in Toronto and no gate was ready for us so we were stuck on the tarmac for another hour. Missed my prebooked Uber and had to pay the cancelation fee plus book another one. Got home over 5 hours later than planned. Awful planning.
The crew were professional and friendly. It was the most uncomfortable international flight I've ever flown. Crammed in passengers. No overhead space to put my bag. No leg room and unable to recline seat due to seats too close together so it upset passenger behind me! Upgrade price to get 2 inches of more space unreasonable.
Boarding in Dallas was hell with extremely rude gate agents , especially a lady named Rajathi who was the epitome of rudeness with no compassion at all . She was horrible and I wonder why airlines have people like her on their roster who exude arrogance and haughtiness . Will probably not fly British Airwsys because of people like her .
Food was average. Better headphones seats were average at best.
Nice flight. Legroom was good. Food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plane was modern and clean. Seats and headrests were comfortable. Entertainment system was good and modern, with a bright LCD screen and many appealing choices.
I have something to say about the flight I took from London to Gothenburg, after my flight from Austin to London. I fly a lot and have done so for decades. I first flew to Scandinavia in 1973. My former wife is Norwegian. The main thing was the experience at the Gothenburg airport. Three flights from Britain arrived around the same time. So there were huge lines at immigration since Brits are no longer a part of the EU. After over an hour in line, I finally gave my passport to the immigrations man. You’d have thought I was an Afghan. I just barely got into Sweden. I had to answer all kinds of blunt questions. I had to show all kinds of onward tickets, addresses of places I’d be staying and it was pretty daunting. Perhaps it has to do with the situation with Russia. British Air might have done something to prepare people that things have changed a lot and they’d better be ready to run the gauntlet when trying to get into the country here. My flight was late. We stayed in aircraft one hour 😩
Flight delay and can’t much help passenger do the change connecting flight.
Even the carry-ons were not allowed and upon getting down, we had the wait for the longest time for the baggage to put on the jet aisle. We had a short connection which British Airways kept changing and made out entire experience poor. I would never fly BA again.
5 days later I have not yet received my luggage so terrible and unacceptable
Easy and quick check in, clean and nice seats. Overall excellent experience.
