Flight attendant walked away once they landed and we were forced to wait another hour after an already 3hr delay.
No overhead space so all carryons were checked. No internet.
The flight was on time and everything went very smoothly.
A thousand choices for movies and nothing to watch. I avoid 'R' rated shows and others with violence and sexual content, which results in a handful of flicks to view and I have them already.
I think I paid for an extra legroom seat and to be honest, there was not a lot of space available for my not very long legs. The flight was totally full and the staff did everything possible to meet the needs of all passengers. My only concern was for the size and spacing of my seat.

Two issues. The plane was old and dirty. The armrest looked like an old car that had the vinyl rubbed off. The Seats in these aircraft are about as hard and uncomfortable. I want to tour Italy for a month and I want to buy a one-way ticket to Thailand but I will not sit in the seats these planes have. It is seriously stupid how hard they are.
The meals were mediocre and the alcohol selection was poor. I enjoyed the selection of movies and other entertainment.
I chatted with the captain before the flight, and similarly during the welcome announcement, he warned of a turbulent flight that may impact the in-flight service. However, once at altitude, he announced that the weather changed and he immediately turned off the seatbelt sign. But it appeared the cabin crew had already decided to take off this flight. They remained seated and then just chatted in the galley. The flight was fully catered, but only first class received service.
they should make XXL people buy two seats. sitting next to a person that was half on my seat and could not even buckle the seat belt, so I had to lean in the isle the whole trip.
I thought since I upgraded my seat I would get some perks. Free water, free snacks. Free carry on luggage.
Seats were surprisingly comfortable, and crew was polite. I did not like the baggage fee prices, the minimal amount of flight choices for my area and the difficulty of the self service bag drop.

It’s ridiculous to pay for carry-on luggage. I also wasn’t given an option to specify I have carry on bag at time of ticket purchase. I also could not specify I have carry on luggage at time of online check-in.
I’ve now flown Spirit a few times and while the general perception of Spirit I feel is poor, I’ve had a great experience each time. They do charge extra for everything but you should know that going in
Great flight. The only thing I could complain about is the seat size/comfort level.....BUT...you're getting a bargain so you should know there must be compromises
Nothing I liked. Seats uncomfortable child behind kicking my seat entire flight. Delayed. Couldn't get free glass of water
It was smooth. It’ll always be annoying that nothing is included in the booking (seats and bags particularly).
Did what they needed to do. Brought us from point A to point B timely and without issue. Boarding through deplaning smooth.
the seats are the hardest I've ever felt; narrower and less leg space and I am small. I could have bid on a comfier seat but the price would have ended up closer to an economy plus seat on a more reliable airline. Only used this airline because of the timing and non-stop. I was afraid from the get-go I wouldn't get there. Apparently, I was lucky
