Boarding could be improved, no need to wait after a previous group is completed

We boarded 1.5 hours late. Long wait for the bags when we got to Mexico City. Long wait to get on plane with people mover truck. Friendly staff. They answered all questions as best the could. Delayed in Fort Lauderdale 3 hours , gave us $15 coupon for meals at 20:50, when most of the restuarant closed at 21:00.

Most expensive flight… and they are trying to pinch more and more money out of you. Baggage, snacks, pillows, headphones… — so many airlines do far better than this… surely a national airline can do better?

Air Canada at SeaTac was the best. Polite, helpful, all good!

Plane was old, cabin was small, overhead bins were small, seats really uncomfortable, no seat-back entertainment

Everything was good till we got to yyz...then we got to the gate and there was NO GATE AGENT. We waited 15 min before disembarking. No internet No IFE Old aircraft Second leg in two weeks NOT IMPRESSED

The flight was delayed at the last moment quoting an absurd weather reason. This delay led to an issue with my connecting flight. I was made to run (literary) from this flight to the next one ( as they preponed departure. I was still in my DCA to YYZ flight when the boarding started for the next connecting flight. After my sprint to get the connecting flight, found that no place for my carry on. Had to sit for 3 hours with my back-pack on my lap , it was the most uncomfortable and inconvenient journey with little to no empathy shown by cabin crew in both flights. Another poor show from Air Canada!! Cant help because of lack of options !!
