I wish that the meal included a vegetable or even a salad instead of couscous! Why serve chicken with rice AND couscous? Service was good overall though a bit lacking in friendliness. Usually on air france I've been offered a glass of champagne before dinner, wine with dinner, and a digestif after dinner. We were only offered wine this time!
It was not Air France but Air Europa. But confusion over our checked luggage. Whether it was checked all the way to Tenerife or not. It was not. Had to line up again in Departures. At least our Sky Priority was honoured. Flight was fine.
The male attended that served are section was a snob. He did not answer my call light when my wine spilled all over the floor. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it. He just ignored the call light when he came to give us our meal, serving the people behind us first. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it to see his reaction. It was so obvious that he was ignoring us. We were in premium economy!

Georgian Airways check in staff initially denied us, because they thought passengers required transit visas to transfer on connecting flights. This required 70 minutes for them to call multiple people to confirm how transfers worked. They did not apologize once accepting our check in. Onboard, the four hour flight gave stale bread with spam slices as lunch. The only included drinks were still or sparkling water.
I did not get my baggage at my final destination..poor coordination with connecting flights with partner airlines (Saudi airways). Also the food was very mediocre.
Not a good one this time. The absence of internet without any information/notification ahead was really the unacceptable part. Also this new A350-900 has a serious legroom challenge for economy seats. It’s more like a medium-haul flight legroom configuration.
Not great , just ok . I expected better food but it did not deliver . Flight staff was ok . The guy at the drop off bag counter was the only saving grace in this whole trip . He was pleasant, friendly and very helpful . You couldn’t ask for a better assistance from him .
There was 2 hours delay before boarding and 2 hours delay after boarding while waiting in the plane

I liked nothing about this flight nor the incredible lack of service and communication on this flight from the Captain to every staff member. Arrogant, entitled and lacking any kind of basic customer service
Everything should be better, terrible flight and airport service. Delayed for 6 hours, flying around for 1 hr, and keeping us on a plane for another 2,5 -3hrs.
The plane was dirty. It appeared that Air Canada did not know vacuum cleaners had been invented. Second, the overhead bins were about 1/3 or 1/2 the size of "normal" bins. That was a problem. The worst was disembarking in the weather in Montreal. I have cold agglutinin disease. That means my red blood cells clump together and then are destroyed when exposed, even by breathing to cold air. A few seconds of exposure can be dangerous. I am now experiencing extreme fatigue caused by the anemia from that experience. I should have had more assistance descending a narrow ramp and then traversing, even if only a few feet, of icy pavement. The blowing snow penetrated my facial covering and has caused problems.

I booked my flight ni November and was placed on standby? How does this happen. Flight was 1 1/2 hours late departure plane was switched to a smaller plane easy to tell this is a government run company they don’t care about anyone
Boarding was a disaster one person checking in 200 people took 25 min to check in zone 1&2.

Delayed in Fort Lauderdale 3 hours , gave us $15 coupon for meals at 20:50, when most of the restuarant closed at 21:00.
Crew was not happy. Very uncomfortable seats. When person leans back in front of you the screen is too close to me. Food was awful.
They lost my luggage and despite all follow ups through emails and phone calls they don’t give me an update
Everything went really well. Snacks could be better and there was no tea/coffee service after dinner. Crew was helpful and friendly.
Both flights were delayed and we missed our connection. Our second flight was delayed 3 times. I have always had great service and never any problems with my flights on Lufthansa. My last two flights were, unfortunately, awful. I fly quite often to Germany and have had better luck with United than Lufthansa.
Lufthansa charged me $280 to take skiiis when in the US the boot bag and skiis are one check-in bag. This was not advertised and a real shock at the airport. They only took the boot bag as a check-in item. The seats have been squeezed together like any economy airline and legroom is not as good as it used to be. Otherwise, the flight was fine and staff was helpful for making my connection.
On board Entertainment and crew services were absolutely trash! Neither me, nor any of my 40 family/friends members are flying Lufthansa again!
Eet late informed about delay of more rhan four houts
After living in Europe for five years and flying with Lufthansa and KLM airlines, I’ve realized that United Airlines is now a budget carrier. The flight attendant are not friendly. The seats are not comfortable. And everything comes at a cost. I will be flying with KLM and Skyteam like Delta to the US going forward no doubt. United Airlines is not what it once was:

This is my second time to fly this year with Lufthansa and both times they dropped the ball. My ticket was very cheap and l would not be honest if l said that l had some high expectations for that price. Fly delay 6 hours. Screen in fey seats around me didn’t work. Food for dinner was ok but breakfast was so poor. We had connection in Frankfurt for Vienna. Because of delay they gave us fly with 30 min layover time. We got to Vienna but our baggage was late of course. Long story short it took us almost 24 hours to get to the final destination. Very bad experience
I was charged fees for check in bags at the airport by British Airways. It was supposed to be no charge but Kayak messed up my booking apparently and I had to pay for check in bags. I paid $175.
They took my carry on and checked it in. Staff in general at Heathrow are not friendly or helpful
The crew were professional and friendly. It was the most uncomfortable international flight I've ever flown. Crammed in passengers. No overhead space to put my bag. No leg room and unable to recline seat due to seats too close together so it upset passenger behind me! Upgrade price to get 2 inches of more space unreasonable.
Boarding in Dallas was hell with extremely rude gate agents , especially a lady named Rajathi who was the epitome of rudeness with no compassion at all . She was horrible and I wonder why airlines have people like her on their roster who exude arrogance and haughtiness . Will probably not fly British Airwsys because of people like her .

Nice flight. Legroom was good. Food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plane was modern and clean. Seats and headrests were comfortable. Entertainment system was good and modern, with a bright LCD screen and many appealing choices.
I have something to say about the flight I took from London to Gothenburg, after my flight from Austin to London. I fly a lot and have done so for decades. I first flew to Scandinavia in 1973. My former wife is Norwegian. The main thing was the experience at the Gothenburg airport. Three flights from Britain arrived around the same time. So there were huge lines at immigration since Brits are no longer a part of the EU. After over an hour in line, I finally gave my passport to the immigrations man. You’d have thought I was an Afghan. I just barely got into Sweden. I had to answer all kinds of blunt questions. I had to show all kinds of onward tickets, addresses of places I’d be staying and it was pretty daunting. Perhaps it has to do with the situation with Russia. British Air might have done something to prepare people that things have changed a lot and they’d better be ready to run the gauntlet when trying to get into the country here.
