Delayed but they wouldn’t tell us tell after boarding was scheduled to start. So it’s like we know it’s delayed why won’t they say anything?? How long? The. We ended up sitting on the tarmac for 2 hours before they finally cancelled the flight. Bad!
I will not be flying with westjet again. I was uncomfortable in my seat. The position made my back hurt so bad. My wife was able to fit the seatbelt around her with out an extension but was unable to put the tray table down or fit in the seat for that matter. Our bag was smashed and I spent two hours trying to fill out the application for a damaged bag before I gave up. The 80 photos I took would not work and nothing telling me the format to upload them as.. I made the mistake of unpacking the bag before taking photos so no claim for me. Next trip to Canada I will have to use air Canada.
We landed 26 min early. It was awesome! Smooth ride too.
The snacks could have been better, and maybe some warm drinks instead of just water cause it was very very cold.
Flights were cancelled setting me in panic mode since my much needed weekend escape with friends was only a short one. No apologies given at the airport nor on the plane. Flight was rescheduled

Very old planes. Seats were not comfortable. Air was not on during the flight leading to incredibly stuffy conditions.
They could Isaac's announced our gate at Atlanta. Whet we arrived at the gate he thought we were joking and we didn't board. The plane left without us
They made my minor daughter leave the area and go back though security during a flight connection with her checked luggage
Pilots were fantastic - super smooth. First Class flight attendant was very attentive. Main Cabin flight attendant should try to smooth the rough edges of her voice - very shrill / punitive. Hurt my ears just to listen to her. Recognize they have a (tough) job to do - but tone over speakers needs to be less like scolding a 5 year old.
Check in was easy. Flights were smooth. Flight attendants were courteous and friendly.
The flight was good. We had to spend almost an hour on the tarmac when we arrived in Dallas. Waiting for a gate. What’s the point of arriving early if you have no gate to park at?

It was a crazy day with a lot of delays and gate changes. Not a huge fan of the Charlotte hub at all.
Abysmal, getting delayed approximately 13 times, having to switch out a crew with another crew that timed out within an hour, and customer service representatives that abandoned the stranded travelers. Terrible service
Gossipy flight attendants talked the whole flight about bar hopping and dating.
Flight delayed several hours so missed connection. Plane boarded from the front to the back made things excessively slow to board Seats to narrow and I'm a very slim person Food was awful - had diarrhea for hours after eating it Heathrow transfer was a nightmare... few people at security, check through took over an hour. No one seemed to be in a good mood of the staff. They all seemed annoyed by their jobs. One large argument between manager and his staff. It will be difficult for me to consider flying BA again after such an experience - certainly will reconsider ever flying through Heathrow again.
Great setup on both flights except the last flight we got condensed dripping all over me in the last 20 mins of the flight

We travelled from Toronto Canada to Lax airport USA on December 27th 10.45 pm flight 5 hour plus flight with only 2x small soft drink's No food included with the flight which I believe is classed as an internal flight If you wanted food you had to buy How cheap is this ??? we travel a lot and have never seen this before on any other airline Come on Air Canada, this is what you call cheap
I slept for most of this flight. Haha! While waiting to board, there were some passengers not paying attention to instructions. The staff should have been a little more assertive to get them to get out of the way.
Worst travel day I have ever had in 25+ years. Pulled off of two AC planes that were leaking and the third plane that was boarded had maintenance which delayed the flight for over another hour! A total of 10 hours spent at Pearson International before finally taking off! These planes were over 25 years old! Update your equipment!

It was fine for what it was. It’s not luxury travel but it was efficient, for the most part. Having my carry-on transferred into luggage however, was unwelcome.
Jet blue just had great service overall! Only a little turbulence heading out of Austin, otherwise the jet stream helped the speed of the trip!
Boarding was done extremely poorly, with huge crowds gate loiterers blocking people from boarding, multiple lines of people trying to merge into one line. One of the male flight attendants who was doing drink service was not happy about having to let a passenger back to their seat and was unnecessarily sassy about it. I thought he was pretty entitled and not a great ambassador for JetBlue
Arrived as recommended at 8:15 a.m. for an 1115 flight, that kept getting delayed delayed and delayed and then finally canceled. Instructed for the split flight to go to Fort Lauderdale, and then find our way from there back to New York. I don't think I will ever trust flying with JetBlue again. This was my second horrific experience and I am really angry.
Communication since no reason or explanation was given for 3 hrs delay
The flight crew that we had in our section may have been tired or something. I asked the flight attendant about my son’s screen not working and she spoke down to me like I was stupid. He still had no working screen throughout his flight. The other members had no personality and seemed like they were annoyed when you asked them for something. Definitely took a hit for simple things on my JB experience.

Overall, the flight was better than the flight I took to go to Florida, which had a bunch of problems. The crew is really nice and the plane was new so it had a small problem when we were on the runway, but the flight itself was great. They even made some time back up, which is always a good thing.
Drinks and snacks provided. TV had a lot of entertainment options. Plane was fairly comfortable. Staff was less than pleasant.
The cabinet was clean and comfortable. However the seating selection process was not confusing. In the end three of us were seated separately.
Delayed flight due to lack of crew caused me to miss my connection
Very dated plane. Seat was firm and uncomfortable. Entertainment system almost laughably outdated. Poor audio. Picture was always too dark.
It was a one stop flight. What I didn’t realize is that when we landed at London’s Gatwick it was necessary to go through immigration/customs and then go to the departure desk to get a new boarding pass…then pass through security again. There was only a 1 hr/20 min layover which is not nearly enough time to do all that. There were at least 12 people on my flight from Dubrovnik and 7 of them missed the flight to JFK. It was horrendous and British Airways should never have considered it a reasonable thing to do. I, literally, ran the very, very long hallways, up and down escalators and stairs…ran on the moving sidewalks and arrived quite wet from perspiration in time to board. Be sure to give yourself at least 3 hours to make any of those connections at Gatwick.
The Heathrow team was no prepared for the number of people who were coming through at that time of the morning, it seemed they were also experiencing shift change. The lines were incredibly long and moved at a snails pace. A airport rep walked by me, I presented my boarding pass to her and asked if she thought I would make the my flight If I stayed in the current lane. The look on her face told me I was not going to make my flight. She then whisked me to another lane, got me through the line and i ran to the gate and boarded my flight with only seconds to spare. It was a frustrating experience, which BA had nothing to do with. BUT after getting onto the airplane, the flight team was welcoming and I felt a huge sense of relief. Thank you to the BA flight team!!!
The flight was delayed but the pilot stayed in constant contact with updating us every time he got news from Valencia. The crew was so sweet and took great care of all of us
The crew on board were all very pleasant and happy to help. The flight had the old business class seats. The departure board in the business lounge did not update and kept on saying ' gate open' but never said boarding. When I got nervous about the departure time and walked to the gate I was told off rudely for being late.

The flight was 2 hours late getting to London causing us to miss our connection to Philadelphia resulting in our group traveling for 24 hours to get home in seats that were in the last row of planes even though we paid hundreds of dollars in seat upgrades to get the leg room that I need as a 6 ft woman with very long legs. The trip was a nightmare and it started with the failure to get a short flight to its destination on time.
