We're talking about a short-haul in-country flight.. there is no confort, no food, just the bottle of water. The seats are squeezed like hell and I was in the back-end of the plane, with one spare row left for the crew and to store excess bags that could not fit in the overhead bin.. Speaking of carry-on, some passengers should be better screened as their bags were simply too big to fit in the overhead bins.. ! How can this happen, and it was an A310, with 2 columns of 3-seater rows.. There is a pseudo-Business class, which is simply a section in the front of the plane where the same seats are occupied only 2 out of 3, on each side, leaving more rooms for the passengers and their bags. That's it.
We are flying with Swiss for a long time but this time was terrible do to are flight cancellations we are in some bad hotel with out normal food
It is a good airlines, very professional very good food. I wish they offered free luggage is the only thing.

Terrible plane small airbus good for a 1 hr trip I booked business as it is. A night flight and 4hrs trip it was an ordinary economy seat with no one next to me what a joke what a stupid decision to buy business
For the price of the ticket it's probably the best service in the world

Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.
Original flight canceled and communicated poorly. A series of gate changes , delays and plane changes followed. Even after the entire flight boarded there was another plane changes followed. Food vouchers provided to my travel companion but not to me despite being on the same reservation. No in flight entertainment. The entire experience was terrible although the flight crew were great.
It was great being a direct flight from Calgary to Tokyo. No transfer to worry about.
Very old planes. Seats were not comfortable. Air was not on during the flight leading to incredibly stuffy conditions.
Traveling on two legs the food was identical and not very good
We are experiencing more delays with westjet than other companies. West jet used to be our favorite airline.

Check in agent was good, stewardess was unfriendly and certainly did not have the care of the passengers in mind Spent the whole time on her phone
we were upgraded to business class, not sure why, so the flight exceeded our expectations. Perhaps this was because the flight Cancun to Calgary was a nightmare , not even guaranteed a seat upon checkin at the airport.
Regarding the onboard entertainment system: the dual audio jack plug is not compatible with a standard jack. I had to listen to the audio in one ear for the whole flight. The airline should hand out adapters. The touchscreen was flaky, sometimes it reacted to touching it, sometimes it didn't.
The seats really could do with some extra padding. The staff member who checked me in at Calgary was amazing. Friendly and lovely.
Seats small for international flights, food not good, bathrooms bad, small isles to carry along. For small local flights it’s okay. Emirates had big seats for flight between Dubai to Karachi
Flight was cancelled due to problems with the aircraft . Not much else to add . Itinerary was changed from yeg to Yule direct . Fine .
The trip from booking to execution was great! The plane from YVR to YYC had LCD panels for entertainment which was great, but the return flight from YYC to YVR did not have them. Oh well--it was a short flight. Food was a pretty minor "token" snack, but hey--it was a short flight. It could have been skipped entirely and I would have rated the flight well.
They were so kind and helpful and they even brought an item of mine that I forgot on the plane!!
