Nice business class service for shot flight. Especially when the free WiFi works
I liked bumping up to Business for less than full price. Also the option to choose your own meal online. In retrospect I would have gone with the standard meal option, but c'st la vie. Overall pretty standard flight, got good views of Greece as the sun rose. That's about it.
It was a short flight (2hours) so the tiny, tiny seats were somewhat tolerable. People with long legs had their knees up to the chair in front of them, quite uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised they served a small meal which was quite good. Staff were all great.
Boarding in BCN was really poorly managed. No communication from airline staff and no signs as to what groups line up where. It was just guessing. There were delays that were also not communicated so everybody was standing in line for almost an hour.
they were good. they coordinated pick up of luaggage at final destination. The had text updates on phone with gate/dep.time etc.
I love flying with Aegean. Crew is always polite and empathetic. Boardi
The flight was good. There was free WiFi which was fantastic. The crew was a bit rude and short tempered. The landing was super smooth
Flight was late leaving which made connecting in Athen very hard. Baggage took an hour to come out. Come on… for such a small plane. Need to step up your game Aegean!
The flight was delayed for no reason by 30 min making my connection very hard to get.
Flight had delays as always. It has been very disappointing as the last 4 times I’ve travelled with Aegean we always had delays.
Seats were extremely hard and uncomfortable. as well as very narrow even though I paid an extra $230 for upgraded preferred seats. Very disappointed in the downtrend of Lufthansa and United Airlines.
Service was courteous and attentive. Sat in the exit row. In exchange for leg room I had people tripping over my feet to use it at a hallway from one aisle to the other, had no access to films viaa viewscreen and no underseat storage for medicines or other personal travel needs. Next time I am seated there, I will refuse the exit row.
Boarding was total chaos. They didn’t know what they were doing and taking bus to the airplane is like going back in time. The food is bad, portions are very small and we don’t get simple paper napkins! Is it really that bad?
Loved flying with this airline. Professional, courteous staff who did everything possible to make the long flight comfortable!
Delayed flight with no explanations; no jetway boarding so we had to stand on the tarmac in the cold rain. Baggage was lost.
Seats in the center row have obstructed leg room. Entertainment center did not respond well. Staff was good, but coukd be of limited help
Flight from Washington to Munich it was disappointing. I do not get the seat for what i pay. And the crew were rude with people which speaks other languages than german!
So great, the plane is nice and comfortable, the entertainment was so nice, and the staff was amazing. Only thing that was less than great was that the buttons on the seat screens were very hard to push, and the person behind me was pushing my seat constantly to push the buttons. Minor tho, and overall everything was wonderful!
Well,I miss a flight to Stl with United,they send me to Stl with a different airline, but same day,which was great
When they gave me the ticket in Turkey, they did something wrong, and my ticket did not match with my passport in Munich I got into the line, but because of the problem, I was the last one got into the airplane. They had to solve the problem. Couple people asked to turn the air condition down, but they said that it was broken, we were freezing inside the plain. Food and snack was really poor. I bought this ticket by thinking that I was going to fly with Lufthansa, but it turned out United airlines. I will be more careful from now on, I will try not to use KAYAK. I had bad experience while I am going and coming back. United Airlines did not make it easy.
