My flight was cancelled over technical issues. They moved passengers to other flight that departed a few hours after mine. They left us for the 330 am flight (the original flight was 19:40). We went down the tiny Salta airport to grab dinner and suddenly they fixed the original flight and left, and never told us or made the announcement. It´s a really small airport, they could´ve looked for us, but didn´t. The flight took f with 8 passengers. And we got home after 6 am
There is no phone charging port on the plane. The infotainment system screen is small. The seats are very uncomfortable.
Boarding was chaotic(zones were a bit arbitrary) and we had to undergo a second check of our carry on bags and jackets at the gate...nobody was detained and nothing was removed just a waste of time as we already went through screening to get to the international gates .

The AA lounge at EZE was poor. Poor food options and poor comfort. Looked dated. The plane was old, chairs not comfortable. My entertainment sec teen was broken. Poor movie selection. I normaill fly Delta and use the Latam lounge.
Fine; flight schedule was changed the day before but they sent email and called me. They took care of the rearranged connecting flight well.
my tv was a bit broken, and so was table, so the food would keep falling, as the table was loose. they weight the carry on, and make me take out 3 magazines from the carryon, given it was minimally over the 10pound limit (which was a bit ridiculous)
Not enough legroom on flight. I was never offered the option of purchasing a seat with more legroom.
I had an 9 hr layover continuing on to Ushuaia. I expected to have to get my luggage & do customs but I did not expect Aerolinas Argentinas to make me sit with all of my luggage for 7 hours in the entrance part of the airport before they would let us re-check our bags & get back in where there are seats. People were sitting on the floor everywhere.
This is the worst airline I have used in my 30 years of travel. The boarding process was an absolute nightmare with endless lines. It took 4 hrs to get to gate while in Bunoes Aires. Also, they change flight times and gates several times leading us to go to multiple gates. Never will fly this airline again
Excellent on-time flight. Check-in was smooth and they changed to emergency seats with no problem. The only issue was that adding my AA frequent flyer at check-in was impossible.

The airport was changed, just a few hours before departure, which was located almost an hour apart. Going through security was pretty fast, but then the airport does not allow them to use the walk on sleeve for some reason, perhaps because it is not a national airline. They make you huddle into an area, board onto a packed bus, drive you to the airplane on the tarmac, and then you have to carry your carry-on luggage up Rickety metal steps to get onto the plane. The flight was fine. It is relatively short. There is no entertainment and anything that you want to drink or eat you have to pay for with cash on board. They need to allow these airlines to use the walk on sleeve, which was empty and available right next to our airplane. Perhaps it’s a political battle.
The flight attendant was very helpful my husband and I were not seated together and she was able to get us seats together

There was no entertainment but everyone just used their phones.
The app told us that carry on luggage was included but we were made to pay for it again at the check in counter, making it a very expensive flight. Not happy
I was charged 168 soles for kids stroller. We have travelled across the world and have never charged for the stroller. Horrific airlines and the staff was extremely rude. They wouldn’t let us board unless we pay the extra baggage cost. Never ever flying this airline and I would recommend the same for the others.
Avoid this airline. They are unprofessional. The captain left several passengers on ground due to covid restrictions which were never communicated. As a chilean, I am ashamed that this low level airline comes from my country. Remember this horrible brand and avoid it... Jetsmart

Pros: "Worst experience and kayak take responsibility. Plane delayed 7 hours without message and with confusing timing. Was still showing plane flight 331 still at 3pm but delayed till 10pm. Showing. Arrival to still be 6pm. Then delayed again without any indication. Huge problem I lost a lot"
