WOuld have liked coffee or pretzels but other than that, crew and pilot and flight were great. Seat was great, too.

The overhead storage was already packed full when I boarded (I fly peasant class), but the attendant played some Tetris and made a spot for my small suitcase. Thanks!

Don’t fly with Alaska if you have a layover in Seattle. Guaranteed to screw you over. We waited at terminal S3 &were >2 hours delayed(mechanical issues)and told to change terminals to a different plane that required riding 3 shuttles to get to new terminal N14. Then they delayed the flight even further and changed gates again. when I went to the customer service in terminal N, the manager turned me away without apologizing & refused to assist me but mandated I leave her alone as her shift is nearly finished and insisted I totake another 2 shuttles to terminal C so I can just talk to another service rep while dragging my family of 4/ kids in tow.

Snacks for our toddler could have been better, front the standpoint of variety but that’s not any different from other airlines.

Everything was good. Please have a wheat free option for snacks in the future.

Not delay for a few passengers. That was uncalled for. If idiots can't make the flight on time thats their fault. Why should I be punished for them? No more holding the plane for one or two people

I fell asleep and missed my flight and they rescheduled me no problem. Staff was professional and the plane was clean. I was very happy with my experience.

I enjoyed the Starlink access but didn't have much time to use it. It also kept dropping me so I gave up. The food was very good though when I asked for a different "dessert" they didn't have anything. Chocolate Brownie Cookies are not suitable for everyone...maybe children. The flight staff were amazing - at least in First Class! My first time ever! The trip from Boise to San Diego was FAR better than going to Boise.

How can I review what was denied to me. Instead of offering to let me pay for the ticket I got booted of my flight with no way home and no choice but to purchase another ticket for 12 hours later. Filing a complaint with the DOT
