The boarding in Idaho Falls was terrific. The plane was a bit sad, and the snax were subpar. Mostly, I was just grossed out by the Alaska gates in Seattle. EW! Smelly and cramped and dingy!
I hate turbulence and we had quite a lot. I really appreciated kept us calm informed. When it would likely start, when it would likely end. And the cause. Very good!
Airline seems to have really gone downhill and have secured a reputation for being late and nonprofessional. How sad.
It was a short flight with turbulence, so we did not get any drinks or food, and there really wasn’t enough time for a movie.
connection was tight as the boarding gates were very far apart. Made it when they were calling final boarding
Smoothest landing ever, great flight. No window was a bummer, I checked seat guru but it didn’t say anything about 11a not having a window, but my wife and I had all three seats to ourselves and it was a night flight so no big deal.

Thank you for moving us from 24A to 10A so I had shorter walks boarding & deboarding. Alexa kindly offered her hands to help me from the plane entrance until I could grab a handhold inside. At ANC a young man came to see that we were at the correct gate since a change had been made from the one on our printed ticket.
Beware when booking this flight! It’s not immediately obvious that there are 2 stops before landing in Ketchikan… the same flight continues to Seattle after (all with the same flight number!) When searching to book, it shows a direct flight even though it has multiple stops. The flight later on the day (which I booked originally when falling into this trap) stops 3 times before Ketchikan!!! Had to pay an extra $50 per ticket to do a same day switch to the morning flight with less stops. Very upsetting
I sat in comfort plus. It was fine. Seats were comfortable. I got drinks and snacks.
Crew was nice. Flight was timely. Seats could be better as well as the food considering it’s first class.
Left on time and arrived early this extending our 31 minute transfer. Bags made it also!
Good and consistent Printer in lounge did not work for me :(
Most of my discomfort was going through TSA. However, the Delta seats had inadequate leg room and I tried my very best to connect to the wi-fi and it was a cumbersome process that finally gave me the info that I needed to sign in AFTER I had completed the flight...Why make it so difficult to use? That said I really really appreciate the pilot taking a little extra time to avoid a bad storm area and both landings in Atlanta and Orlando were flawless to my delight!!!
Delayed in taking off because no flight crew. The in seat entertainment was working properly.
I upgraded to first class only to find out that I still had no access to the sky lounge without a sky miles card or AmEx (something that should be emphasized outside of the fine print!) Also, no food or drink service provided during the flight, so I basically paid 4x more just for “free” checked baggage and a bigger seat. Not worth it.
Delta was really good about being transparent with why we were delayed it’s just that’s the plane was really old and outdated and a lot of the comfort and amenities we know Delta to have did not shine through
Bottom seat cushion is almost non existent. Very uncomfortable seat.
Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.
